Staff was friendly and perfect for families with littles.

Rooms are quiet and bed is comfortable.

Cons:

The property is in need of a good scrubbing and maintenance. Floors are dirty. We stayed 4 nights and they remained the same.
Breakfast is blasé. Nothing special.
We have stayed here a few times previously and it has gone downhill..

Our stay was very pleasant!
Pros:

The room was very clean. The breakfast was amazing, my kids loved making their own waffles. The pool area was nice. We were able to sit outside next to the pool and enjoy pizza while the kids still swam.

Cons:

I honestly can say there is not anything I didn't like. I would suggest the facility to invest in a hot tube or adding a bar.
