Perfect stay
Pros:

Staff was very flexible and considering guests needs. You really feel there like your wishes matter. Hotel interior is very pretty, sauna area big and the pool very nice. It happens really rarely that I stay in a hotel where absolutely everything meets the expectations and here it was the case.

Trop cher pour ce que c'est, mais ça reste un bel établissement
Pros:

La chambre était très belle, bien décorée et propre. Bon petit-déjeuner le matin avec un buffet et des plats fait minutes. Proche d'une des stations de ski. Beau spa, bien équipé (et avec des huiles essentielles!)

Cons:

Plus un 4* qu'un 5*. Il manquait toutes les petites attentions d'un bel hôtel: quelques pâtisseries / le thé offert à 4h, le soir du nouvel an une coupe de champagne offerte... Tous les petits détails comme ça. Finalement, dommage que la piscine ne soit pas + surveillée. Il y avait des enfants qui sautaient et faisaient "des batailles" dans l'eau. Les parents ne disaient rien et le personnel n'est pas intervenu. Dommage pour les couples ou les personnes qui souhaitent se détendre. Je pense qu'il y a de la place pour tout le monde tant que chacun est respectueux de l'autre.
