Pros:

Excellent hotel located in heritage premises. Its located in the Cantonment area with other classy hotels. Stayed 4 nights and found it good value.

Its not close to the ghats and during rush hour traffic takes 40 minutes to get there. Avoid autorikshaws unless you want to suffocate in the air quality. It was also 40C at that time.

An amazing stay with excellent service, great comfort, and a special thanks to Akash .

I had a wonderful experience and couldn’t be more impressed! The breakfast service was absolutely excellent — everything was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed, which made the morning even more enjoyable.
The location is also fantastic, conveniently situated and easy to access, with lovely surroundings that add to the overall experience.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for a great start to their day. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Pathetic stay
Pros:

Infrastructure is good but the staff and management maintaining it are rude and have no respect for guest. Hospitality word is completely missing and they believe they are doing a favour by allocating a room. Very rude while talking and are not understanding. Even the cleaning staff is not responsive and they do the work when they like.

Cons:

Except the kitchen staff all other staff is very rude and miss hospitality. Our kids were scared and are not willing to ever visit the hotel again.

Enjoyed the hotel - A Special mention to the staff who were always helpful and smiling
Pros:

It was clean and had a beautiful garden around it. The restaurant was very handy
The buffet breakfast was lovely

Cons:

Lot of construction work outside the property, though it did not affect us inside - the parking lot was a bit congested

El lugar es muy bonito, de fácil acceso. El desayuno y la atención son ambos muy excelentes, todos muy atentos y amables.

Cons:

Está más cerca al aeropuerto que al río Gangues, para tomar en cuenta si desean explorar temprano los alrededores del río.

Excellent location with our old heritage
Pros:

Must appreciate there maintenance being such an old property but the satff and mangement maintained well. Will surely recommend to our near and dear ones who want to visit Varanasi. Location was excellent and Breakfast was too good.

Cons:

Hotel restaurant is costly and no discount for the people staying there.
No buffe food is there that we missed. Atleast they have to arrange this.
