Als je geen last hebt van geluid en graag boven een pub slaapt is dit hotel voor jou. Is dat niet wat je zoekt dan zou i
Pros:

Het was dicht bij waar ik moest zijn.

Cons:

Het zit tussen twee metro/treinsporen in waardoor het lijkt alsof de trein door je kamer rijdt. De douche is zo klein dat je er niet in kunt bewegen. De receptie is de pub beneden en de muziek staat hard tijdens het ontbijt.

Πολυ ομορφο το δωματιο κι ανετο κρεββατι, σε υπεροχη τοποθεσια κοντα σε ολα τα αξιοθεατα. Στο ισογειο υπηρχε η παμπ οπου τρωγαμε το πρωινο το οποιο ηταν αρκετα καλο. Παρ ολο που ακριβως διπλα απο το ξενοδοχειο περναει τρενο δεν ακουγεται σχεδον τιποτα λογω καλης ηχομονωσης.Εξυπηρετικο κι ευγενικο προσωπικο.Θα το επιλεγαμε ξανα!

Great hotel and location, clean tidy room with coffee machine and kettle
Pros:

Location, we were meeting friends who stayed at the Union Jack. The room as perfect for our needs. We just stayed one night, and planned to be out all day visiting sights

Cons:

We paid for our room in advance. Ours friends son and partner came to meet us and decided to stay so booked a room at our hotel and got it £60 cheaper

Good food and location, but you can feel the vibration of the trains
Pros:

The location, in front of Waterloo station, of Big Ben, London eye. Cleaning of the place. Things to eat in the room. The breakfast included was very tasty, they have several options, it was great.

Cons:

I was in room 1, you can feel the vibration of the trains, the noise of people on the street, it's quiet after 1 am. It doesn't have an elevator, getting 23-kilo suitcases is difficult for a single woman

Distinctly average, except the lovely staff.
Pros:

Breakfast was enjoyable, lovely staff, shame about the facilities.

Cons:

No lobby, location next to railway, very small room for the price, above a public house and quite noisy, shower failed to work as expected (not hot enough and took ages to heat up) and it was very cold in the room.

We had a lovely stay and would definitely book again.
Pros:

We really enjoyed the bar and restaurant downstairs, and having breakfast included was convenient and a great start to each day. We had requested rooms close to each other and were pleased to be given two rooms right next to one another in a private little area, which was ideal.

The beds were very comfortable, and the bathrooms were a good size and very clean. The location was brilliant, with Waterloo Underground station directly across the road.

The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the overall atmosphere was great. A very enjoyable stay.

Cons:

The carpet in one of our rooms could have used a quick vacuum, but it didn’t detract from our overall stay.

Good location, good food, room needs attention.
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful and luggage storage was available. The room could be blacked out for a good sleep experience. Loved the mini milk Bottle!

Cons:

Unfortunately the Tube went right near my room rumbled till early am and started a few hours later. I could not get the room warm and the shower was cold in the morning.

Esperienza molto positiva, tornerei volentieri, comodo e autentico.
Pros:

Atmosfera autentica londinese, con pub storico annesso: carattere vero, non il solito hotel anonimo. Posizione imbattibile: a due passi da Waterloo, comodissimo per muoversi ovunque a Londra. Ottima colazione!

Cons:

Nulla di rilevante: sono arrivato tardi dall'aeroporto, sono sceso nel pub, ma va verso 12.30 am stavano chiudendo.., quindi niente birra notturna!
