Pros:

Het personeel was vriendelijk.

Cons:

De kamers waren erg gehorig door de metro/trein die er langsloopt. Ook is de Pub beneden lawaaiig.

I would come back when travelling on a limited budget

Better than I expected for a room above a busy pub next to a mainline station

Great stay, great hotel with friendly helpful staff and a very good breakfast
Pros:

I visited before the recent refurbishment and was delighted to visit again, following the refurbishment. Absolutely fabulous - clean smart room (I was upgraded, which was a lovely bonus) excellent breakfast, great location for onward travel. Highly recommend

Tesisle ilgili beğendiğim tek şey konumu ve güler yüzlü ve yardımsever çalışanları.

Cons:

Asansör yok, çok dik ve dar merdivenlerden çıkılıyor, ağır valizi olanlar buna dikkat etsin. Odada saç kurutma makinesi yoktu, bunu resepsiyona söylemek istediğimde telefonun da olmadığını gördüm. Zaten doğru düzgün bir resepsiyon yok, otele girdiğinizde doğrudan bir bara giriyorsunuz. Çalışan sayısı çok az, 1-2 kişi tüm işleri halletmeye çalışıyor ve belli ki yetişemiyor. Odamda çok ağır bir nem kokusu vardı ve pencereler açılmıyordu. Yatak da sırt artacak kadar rahatsız ve aşırı yumuşaktı. Ayrıca çok dar, içinde zor hareket edilen bir otel. Sıcak kahvaltı servisi de sekiz gibi geç bir saatte başlıyor, trenimizi kaçırmamak için parasını ödediğimiz halde doğru düzgün kahvaltı edemeden ayrılmak zorunda kaldık. Ödediğimiz parayı kesinlikle hak etmediğini düşünüyorum.
