Amazing place
Tisztában voltam vele, hogy a városban sokminden nem lesz elérhető, ennek ellenére több minden volt mint amire számítottam. A szálláson volt pár időtöltésre alkalmas játék és a medence. Ingyenes a parkolás. Gyalog másfél percre volt egy étterem, ami szintén jó volt.
A szőnyegpadló koszos volt és kellemetlen szagú. (Sajnos a szállások ahol van szőnyegpadló, ott mindenhol ez a helyzet.)
Nella prima stanza c’era un odore putrido, ho chiesto il cambio e nella seconda stanza dopo 2h che eravamo dentro è uscito un topo che è saltato sui cuscini e sul letto.
Abbiamo chiesto il cambio nuovamente della stanza che ci è stato fatto, ma la cosa assurda che alla reception dicendo che c’era un topo non ha fatto nessuna piega come se fosse normale. Assurdo
We stayed at Red Rock Motel as part of a larger road trip group of 7, split across two connecting rooms — which was a genuine plus and made the stay more comfortable for our group.
Unfortunately, the positives end there.
From the moment we walked in, the rooms had a musty, stale smell and didn't feel particularly clean. The barbecue area, advertised as available for guests, required a thorough cleaning before we could even consider using it.
The laundry facilities were a significant disappointment. After three separate wash cycles, our clothes came out still dirty. The staff at the front desk was helpful in providing extra detergent, which we appreciated, but the machines simply didn't work properly. Of the two dryers available, one was out of order entirely, and the working one left clothes still damp after 40 minutes. We ended up having to use a paid laundromat nearby to finish the job.
The most concerning issue was discovering signs of a rodent in one of the rooms overnight. One of our group had left a backpack open with a sealed plastic bag containing a sandwich inside. By morning, the bag had been chewed through in the corner and the rodent had left droppings inside the same bag. We also noticed a small circular hole near the door, which we suspect was the entry point. When we raised this with reception, the response was a dismissive 'oh, that's strange' with no further action or apology. We made the decision to check out immediately and find alternative accommodation for our last night.
A partial refund was offered, which we are still waiting to receive.
We understand that not every property is five-star, but basic cleanliness and animal control are non-negotiable standards. We hope management takes these issues seriously.
Breakfast was amazing. Pool was clean and very well maintained.

Heel leuk zwembad met zitgelegenheid (bijv. voor avonden). Ontbijt met veel verse producten. Direct in centrum Kanab, makkelijk aan de doorgaande weg. Opzet van hotel is motelachtige setting, daardoor uitzicht op binnenplaats, was geen punt. Auto voor de deur.
Nous avons pris la suite familiale avec chambre séparée. Hébergement tr§s grand et pratique. L'hôtel est bien équipé (buanderie, piscine, coin détente avec bbq). Petit-déjeuner copieux.

Bella struttura stile motel con stanze molto belle, pulite, spaziose e dotate di tutti i servizi utili. Ottima la posizione al centro della cittadina di kanab e ideale per le escursioni nella zona. Molto buona anche la colazione a buffet

Hotel pulito e check in veloce. Comodissimo il parcheggio dell’auto davanti alla porta della camera. Le due piscine all’aperto non sono male.
