Pros:

Wir haben 9 Nächte in der Villa genächtigt und es war für uns alles perfekt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber verlief reibungslos und unkompliziert, die Villa war sehr sauber und sah genauso so schön aus wie auf den Fotos und machte noch überhaupt keinen abgewohnten Eindruck (Stand April 2026). Der Pool war größer wie erwartet (ca. 10 x 2,5 m). Die Küche war sehr modern eingerichtet, die Bäder/Duschen waren sehr geräumig und komfortabel, die Betten sehr gut, kurzum: Wir fühlten uns sofort "wie zu Hause" und wären am liebsten viel länger geblieben. Danke für alles!

Pros:

The apartment is large and comfortably accommodated five people. There's a private pool and you can use the hotel pool. There's private parking which is very convenient. There are excellent restaurants right across from the hotel. But considering the downside, I think the price should be lower.

Cons:

We ordered cleaning once, but they didn't clean very well, so we didn't ask again. When we checked in, there was ash in the ashtray and a can of beer in the trash can by the pool. They never removed them during cleaning. We asked for new towels, but they brought us holes in them. The dishwasher works terribly.
The TV is very small for such a small space; couldn't they have installed a larger one? The air conditioners are old; when you turn them on, it's immediately cold, making it difficult to set a comfortable setting. Without air conditioning, it's hot.
The kitchen has plenty of dishes, but they're not very convenient for cooking; the frying pan was scratched. For some reason, there are no teaspoons.
The apartment is nice and large, but I'd say it's a 3-star (definitely not a 5-star). No breakfast.
The beach is terrible; the water is murky and dirty. If you enjoy a beach vacation, this isn't the best option for you. We rented a car and drove to a neighboring beach, which was nicer.

Excellent service and the place itself. Worth money
Pros:

Absolutely amazing stay! From start to finish, everything was perfect. The service was outstanding and the owner went above and beyond. He was always just one call away and ready to help with anything we needed. The villa itself was spotless and so beautifully kept. Normally, when I travel, I always wear slippers in hotels or villas, but here my whole family felt completely comfortable walking around barefoot. That’s how clean it was! We felt right at home and couldn’t be happier with our experience.

The pool was fabulous and made the property. Also good was the amount of space we had. Handy location for the beach and restaurants. Friendly, helpful welcome. The water filter was really appreciated.

Goed concept mooie villa maar niet goed onderhouden
Pros:

De locatie is top. Het concept top. We hebben enorm genoten van het zwembad (schaduw en privé). Groot en ruim en voorzien van alle gemakken. Personeel ook makkelijk bereikbaar en contact super snel.

Cons:

Echter heeft de villa wel wat onderhoud nodig: muren hebben wat water vlekken, inductie doet het schets voor een deel, vaatwasser doet niet wat het moet doen en meubilair in de slaapkamer heeft veel vlekken. Schoonmaak laat ook wat te wensen over. We hadden dit alles gelijk bij aankomst doorgeven en we kregen te horen dat wij de eerste zijn die klagen. Da badkamer deur was gewoon kapot en de toilet brillen zijn helemaal
Vergeeld. Er was bij het zwembad een gevaarlijke verroeste ijzeren staaf. Na heel wat gedoe werden sommige dingen opgelost. We vroegen om compensatie maar kregen dat niet. Er werd ons van alles aangeboden wat we niet nodig hadden om het goed te maken (bv dingen repareren tijdens ons verblijf een dag voordat we weg moesten: daar hadden we geen baat bij). Kortom goede plek en mooi concept maar onderhoud moet wel gebeuren.
