Pros:

Big comfortable clean room and very good value. I stayed one night. Few minutes walk to Hyogo station. For solo traveler it was a pleasant stay.

Cons:

Although the hotel is a nice place, the area seems run down. I didn’t see many good restaurants. So I took train two stops to better location.

無料の子供分の朝食バイキングを無料にすれば目玉になると思います
Pros:

駅近。コンビニもすぐ。テレビも大きい。朝のバイキングは大人も子供も満足な品揃えでした！施設内に喫煙スペースがあり、パパだけタバコファミリーにもいいと思います。小学生以下の子供は何のサービスもないですが、無料で宿泊可能です。
JRの急行駅に近く、大開駅も近いため、JR以外でも阪急、阪神沿線のアクセスは良いです。🚃好きなお子様ならとても充実します。須磨シーや王子動物園、三ノ宮でお買物などのニーズには抜群です。

Cons:

スリッパを履かないと少し床面は歩きたくないかな。。ただ、周辺エリアのホテルと比較すると割安で、予算を抑えたいファミリーさんなら立地の良さでチャラです。

Pros:

画像を見た感じベッドが壁付けだったので、子供との添い寝なので安心感が違いました。
はじめに予約した当日の夜中に微熱が出てしまい様子をみるも熱が上がってしまい当日だし全額支払いかな…とキャンセルの手続きをしようとすると…日にち変更の所があり、無事に変更していただけました。
子供の体調で、旅行の日に行けなくなることが今までも多々あったので変更できるのはとてもありがたかったです✨️
おかげでとても楽しめました。
お部屋も広く圧迫感もなく過ごせました！
ありがとうございました。

私が悪いのですが、子供はアメニティないのは覚えていたのですが、スリッパの事をすっかり忘れていました。
スリッパがなかったので床の絨毯が年季入っていたのが気になってしまいましたが、その他は清潔感はありました。

食と風呂命の人にはお勧めです
Pros:

古い施設でも昔ならではのより良い部屋作りで風呂や部屋は広くゆっくり休めた。何より朝食の素材が良いサラダもパンもすごく良かった。今回の5泊6日の旅行中で一番好きなホテルです。

Cons:

使う予定は無いが、洗濯機がビル外と言うのがびっくりした。

朝食も十分な品数でおいしかった
兵庫駅に近くて、ハーバーランドの神戸駅は一駅で近かった
チェックインでフロントに行った際、車の駐車場案内をすぐしてくれた
