Hôtel sympathique pour vadrouiller sur l’île de ses propres moyens
Pros:

La propreté, l’hôtel est mignon, les chambres sont spacieuses
Réception réactive et d’une réelle gentillesse

Cons:

Emplacement sans scooter/voiture compliqué mais comme partout à Koh Samui
Ça aurait été bien d’avoir la possibilité d’avoir un vrai petit déjeuner

Nice and close to the airport perfect for an early flight
Pros:

The staff where sooo nice and helpfully we was not here long but unfortunately the whole area had a power cut but the staff helped out with as much as possible for any of our needs! Including airport transport!

Die Anlage ist schön und gepflegt. Das Personal ist super lieb und aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Ich empfehle es weiter.

Recommended for short and long stay :)
Pros:

Very good for long stay. Living room with kitchen units, separate bedroom on 1st floor. Nice pool. Sitting area in front next to pool. Quiet and clean. Free coffee fruits and snacks :)

Cons:

It's close to shop but 20-30 min walk to center for bars, clubs and restaurants...

Pros:

The receptionist was very rude and unhelpful. We were staying with a small baby, and the air conditioning in our room was not working. The room became extremely uncomfortable, and it was hard to breathe. When we informed the receptionist in the evening, she did not apologize or try to resolve the issue. Instead, she told us that we could cancel our stay and leave the accommodation.
It felt like, due to the high number of tourists, there is no real interest in providing quality service or basic comfort to guests. Very disappointing experience.

Short but sweet
Pros:

The property is cute and the staff are lovely, the Main Street is about 30 mins walking which we didn’t mind or can get a grab or tuk tuk! 7eleven down the road

Mi è piaciuto il silenzio della posizione, comunque abbastanza vicina al centro di Chaweng. La gentilezza della proprietaria ed i servizi offerti dalla struttura (affitto scooter, servizio taxi, lavanderia ecc.) e i servizi intorno. Camere pulite.

Cons:

Potrebbe essere migliorata la doccia che rimane aperta attaccata al water e senza una tenda di protezione. Ma è una piccola miglioria che non pregiudica il soggiorno li ci torneremo volentieri.

Pros:

El alojamiento estaba en muy buena ubicación. El personal era muy amable. La habitación era muy comoda y tenia acceso directo a la piscina, que estaba super limpia.

Jederzeit wieder! Perfekte Lage und tolles Hotel
Pros:

Die Anlage & Pool ist so schön gepflegt. Es wirkt wie eine kleine Oase. Wir haben super gut geschlafen und haben keinen Lärm wahrgenommen. Das Bett war klasse und wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Sauberkeit 1A mit Sternchen. Umliegenden leckere Restaurants & die Hauptstraße der Bars, Restaurants und Shoppingmeile ist zu Fuß gut erreichbar.
Wir hatten ein Zimmerupdate, dadurch hatten wir sehr viel Platz auf 2 Stockwerken. Traumhaft!

Cons:

Der Zugang zum Strand ist nicht ganz so leicht zu finden, da die meisten Hotels den Zugang verdecken. Gegenüber vom 7Eleven, dem Laundry-Schild folgend gibt es einen guten versteckten Weg. Ca 10 Gehminuten.
