Cheap hotel in a great location
Pros:

Perfect location, close to ADO bus station (Playa del Carmen Alterna) and Cocobongo club. Just a 10-minutes walk from the 5th Avenue. The room was basically an apartment, with a kitchen space. Very spacious and quiet, as the bedroom was overlooking the swimming pool. Staff was ready to help when needed.

Cons:

Sink tap was missing a filter. Shower was cold for the last 3 days of our stay and water pressure was low. Overall, we would have expected a higher quality.

Excelente custo benefício próximo do Centro com boas opções de comércio e transporte.
Pros:

Ótimo custo benefício, próximo ao Centro, ao lado do terminal de ônibus ADO, com o Walmart nos arredores.
Tem uma piscina bem legal com mesas em que vc pode utilizar para um café da manhã ou lanche.
O funcionário Ricardo que foi o responsável pelo check in foi muito solícito e atencioso com minha família.

Cons:

Embora não seja um padrão das hospedagens da Riviera Maya, poderiam instalar um ducha higiênica. Seria um diferencial.
Inicialmente nós foi indicado um quarto que não havia sido preparado ainda… mas rapidamente foi feita a correta indicação do quarto.
Nada que desabone.
Voltando a Playa del Carmen, ficar no Hotel Playa Encantada será minha primeira opção.

Nice room, very clean and spacious.

Cons:

It’s very noisy in the night if your room window is facing the ADO station. There are shuttle buses stop and start just underneath your window. Most passengers from those shuttles were drunk. They were shouting and singing around 2am every night during our 3 days staying.
The curtain was terribly thin and couldn’t block any light.

Les chambres sont spacieuses.
La localisation géographique sur la ville et très bien. Mais le matin, vous ne pouvez pas dormir avec tout ce bruit extérieur. J'ai cru que les fenêtres etaient ouverte mais pas du tout.

Cons:

Pas de rideau adapté. Soleil en pleine tête le matin.
Bruit avec l école juste à côté.
Je n'ai pas testé la piscine mais il n'y avait pas beaucoup de transat.

Ubicación: Muy cerca de los atractivos y de la zona turística y muy tranquila la zona
Habitación: La cama es cómoda, la habitación es bien amplia y espaciosa, estaba bien equipada la cocina, todo funcionó bien, la habitación estaba limpia y también la piscina, mi mamá padece de las rodillas fue muy bueno que tuviera ascensor
