Pros:

A large clean room with high ceiling. Such a comfortable place to rest after a week travelling. It is not a new hotel but we felt comfortable. The front desk, Charlie was very helpful to accomodate our needs, thank you.
Less than 5 minutes walk to subway station and tram stop.

There are few things which need to be improved. Like renovation in bathroom & shower area, plugs should have been closer to the beds.
