We loved our stay here. The staff were absolutely amazing, especially those at reception. They were always well mannered, polite, friendly, helpful and went above and beyond for us. The breakfast menu was great, I ordered something different everyday and the food was fantastic. The villa itself was well maintained, clean, peaceful. We loved the private pool. The bed was comfortable and bathroom was spacious. The room service was excellent, the food again was delicious, especially the spring rolls! We were able to walk to the main part of Seminyak which took around 15 minutes or get a taxi, both were convenient options. We were both sad to say bye to the staff when we were leaving to return home to the U.K.! We would definitely stay there again when we return to Bali.

Fantastic place to stay, the staff are so accommodating to every request & there’s a restaurant at the villas so if you don’t feel like travelling around you can order there. Location is great just across the Main Street is Seminyak square. Clean, room cleaned everyday, luggage taken to room. Massages are amazing also!

Everything was truely great highly recommended , everything was clean and neat the food was amazing, i even lost my ring in the pool and they sent it basmck to me all the way to lebanon , very honest and professional

Perfectly clean rooms, excellent service. Delicious breakfast. The staff always meets. We lived in Bali in different places, but this is the best villa! Own pool in the villa, private territory. The room is quiet, cleaning every day, and towels are changed every day. I advise everyone!

The staff here are the best and they make you feel like you’re at home. Dayu, Dion and Aris the front desk staff was amazing. The waitresses at the restaurant was very kind and the food is fire. So delicious. The villa is very clean because the housekeeping staff does a great job. I’ll definitely come back and stay here again

Jeg har aldrig i mit liv oplevet sådan et klamt hotel før. Det ser slet ikke ud som det gør på billederne, det er helt slidt, gammelt og beskidt. Man kan se der er sparet på en masse. Lokationen var ligeledes dårlig, masser af larm om natten. I skal ikke lade jer narre af billederne, de er redigeret og taget fra vinkler, hvor man ikke kan se slitage.

Was disappointed in the location as it more of a local area so there wasn't anything around us except a few indo marts but the villa did make up for this as we were Villa 10 away from the main lobby. The outside tv didn't work majority of the time so this could be an upgrade that they look into. The restaurant didn't have any aircon and was extremely hot. Complimentary breakfast that was included in our stay didn't have many options and didn't always include what it mentioned in the menu. Staff were lovely but to attentive at times. I felt quite uncomfortable majority of the stay as we never felt alone, you could always hear staff talking & walking outside the door. If you are looking to book in Seminyak book over the other side of Sunset Road.

The place and staff who attended us are truly great. I will still recommend it with caution. What happened was I washed our stuff immediately when we arrived and put my ring on the tray where souvenirs where placed. Totally forgot the next day about my ring but still in my mind, I know where I put it. So I was confident that it was just there. We informed the staff that we don’t need cleaning in our room and we just need new towels.. that night after La Brisa, I immediately looked for it..can’t find it. The next day, we need cleaning in our room and I personally asked help from housekeeper to check and help me find my ring. Until we went home ,feb 82024 ,my ring( diamond and 14k which value $900) though for other it is not much it has a value to me coz I gave it to my mother and she just passed away last Jan this year, and started wearing it with her other jewelries. If that ring was not taken out from the room, I will find it. My concern with this villa which I found out that there are 4-5 persons cleaning the 1 villa alone.. It disturbs me coz we always travel but this is the only place I lost something. I truly feel sad coz I reported it multiple times , no manager ever talk to us about it. Im posting this is to be more cautious.. it just a mistake of mine that I forgot that ring to put in the safe.

We really enjoyed our stay at Samaja Villas.
The room was very large and kept clean. There was an on-site restaurant and a spa. The prices are very reasonable for the restaurant and the spa services are average for a hotel with a wide range of treatments available. I would recommend the smoothie bowl for breakfast. The restaurant also has a cocktail special (3 for the price of 2) during the afternoons which was nice to take advantage of on our last night in our villa.
The staff were all very friendly and greeted us each time we came through the lobby. They remembered each of our names and kept an eye on the children playing with the resident fish and turtle while we finished breakfast each morning.
The location was okay. It was about a 10-15 minute walk into the heart of Seminyak which you had to cross a busy road to get to. But on the way there are restaurants, spas, and other services. If you travel away from Seminyak, there are local warungs, laundries, rice fields, and nice coffee places. A GoJek is easy to organise and it costs about $5AUD to get from the villa into Seminyak.
Overall I would recommend this place. It was a little bit more than I would usually spend but the service and amenities available made for a wonderful experience.

A couple aged 50, stayed here four nights and it was our first Bali trip. Our villa, 10 is right at the back so it was the most quiet. What I liked: privacy, great service, room service, restaurant at the front, massages included, close enough to busy shops without being too close. Supermarkets close for purchase of water etc. What I didn’t like, the kitten or cats living in the roof, meowing and scratching. The thud sounds during the night that initially sounded like someone smashing against the glass doors, but once we realised it was the cats, we could go back to sleep. Reception people were kind and didn’t seem to know about it. Nothing done whilst we were there. Reported on night 2. We ended up spending a lot of time in ubud so this probably wasn’t the best location for half our stay. It was clean and reasonably well maintained. Also, didn’t like when they did a big spray for mosquitoes whilst we were in the pool and weren’t told at any time what it was and when it would happen. We had to run inside as to not breathe it in.

Omg bed was high but comfortable absolutely amazing pool was well maintained and clean only problem l am an older person and l had trouble with hip and kidney scar getting in and out of pool needed one more step or hand rail

The staff at Samaja villas are exceptional! We stayed for a total of 12 nights and we were blown away with the amazing services by everyone! The villa was very clean along with the pool! We had breakfast included every day with our stay and it was great! We couldn’t recommend staying here enough!

Beautiful villas in Seminyak Bali. Privacy, comfort and great food. Villas are well kept, clean and comfortable, beds are comfy and you get a good nights rest. Prices are very reasonable, the spa is convenient and great. The staff are friendly and nothing is to hard or difficult for them.
The restaurant is A+ grade, the food is awesome and the prices are amazing. Lots of people from the area come for breakfast, lunch and dinner there. 10/10 for the kitchen staff! My husband got Bali belly and we had to get the dr. out, the staff was very helpful and jumped into action very quickly. The dr. Was fantastic, pitched up with everything that was needed and he was ‘fixed’ in 24 hours. We were also able to walk into Legian, Seminyak town and Kuta. Was a nice walk with lots to see. THANK YOU Samaja, we had a fantastic time.

My experience was a bit disappointed as I thought it'd be a great stay. I have stayed on 2 villas during my short trip and I planned Samaja at the second one, thinking it would end my trip nicely.

First night when I checked in, there was mosquitos around in the room, it's good that they provide an insect repellent with a nice scent, otherwise the whole room will be very smelly. Told them about it and the following days was all good, except there's one night out of sudden a huge cockroach walking freely on the floor, thanks to the insect repellent it was dead after a few minutes.

The overall cleanliness was OK EXCEPT that they are too stingy to change towels which have dirty stain, for my 3 days stay, all the towels are dirty with stains, some yellowish, some purple, or red. I don't feel comfortable using that at all, even for the floor mat.

Bedroom is quite dark, can barely see anything with all the lights on. Probably the light bulk are too old and no maintenance.

The management is also quite thoughtful as they know you're on vacation, thinking we probably need some internet detox, so the room internet is VERY SLOW and unstable. If you want faster internet, can consider using the one in their reception.

The day when I was checking out, I specifically told the restaurant manager to have my breakfast ready at 8.15am, so that I've enough time to eat and do some final packing. I also gave them more than enough preparing time eaely in the morning but in the end the breakfast wasn't ready until 8.30am, I've rush to finish my breakfast and change my plan because of this. Already have many things in mind to make sure my departure went smooth but this and the overall experience, just made my stay with Samaja an unpleasant one. Wouldn't recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Samaja Villas, the staff were extremely friendly and always welcoming. The food was great and our coffees were next level, every day we had different artwork on top from one of the very talented barristers. :-)

Very welcoming attentive staff, spacious and well laid out pool villa. Pool was very clean and inviting with partial shade at any time of the day.
Restaurant menu not extensive but was very enjoyable.
Our booking was made before Covid at which time a free, twice daily shuttle was available to Seminyak area, which was no longer offered when we were finally able to travel to Bali two years later.
I wouldn't recommend the floating breakfast as it was late and no longer hot when it arrived.
Overall I would highly recommend Samaja Villas Kunti and would definitely return if the opportunity arose.

The location near from sunset road, and easy access, well maintained villa, good hospitality, all properties doing well, bath tube, rain shower, bed, minibar, pool was clean and nice, and food at reasonable price
