Pros:

The Maq Hotel hat uns insgesamt gut gefallen. Die Einrichtung ist modern und stilvoll und das ganze Hotel war sehr sauber. Auch das Personal an der Rezeption war freundlich und wir haben alles bekommen, was wir gebraucht haben.

Cons:

Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis hat für uns nicht ganz gepasst. Der Zimmerpreis ist sehr hoch. Für diesen Preis hätten wir mehr Service erwartet. Es gibt keine Küche oder Kochmöglichkeit und auch kein Frühstück ist inbegriffen. In anderen Hotels ist bei einem Zimmer in dieser Preisklasse zumindest das Frühstück inklusive.

Etwas schade fanden wir auch die automatischen WhatsApp-Nachrichten. Sie sollen den Aufenthalt persönlicher machen, bringen aber wenig, wenn man darauf nicht antworten oder eine Frage stellen kann. Dann muss man am Ende doch einfach an die Rezeption.

Beim Check-in haben wir einen Gutschein für einen Kaffee oder Tee erhalten. An der Bar gibt es aber noch weitere Heissgetränke. Da hätten wir es grosszügiger gefunden, wenn man einfach ein Heissgetränk nach Wahl hätte beziehen können. Diese Einschränkung wirkte auf uns etwas kleinlich.

Great location to stay for a few days.
Pros:

The room was excellent. Very clean, nice decor and a comfy bed. The shower was great. While there was no fridge, there was a cooler and we could get free ice from the liquor store attached to the hotel. The complementary drink was a nice touch on arrival. The location was excellent - super close to the pier, next to the grocery store and only a short walk to shops and restaurants. While we did not eat on site, the restaurants looked like a great vibe.

Cons:

It would be awesome if there was a kettle or coffee maker in the room. While one complementary coffee was offered on arrival, it would be great to be able to make some tea or coffee in the room.

In love with the Maq @ Tofino, made our stay perfection :)
Pros:

View from the room was amazing, bed was comfy, room was clean.
Restaurant accommodated us even though they were booked out with back to back games. Food was amazing!

Passable but not a place I would stay again.
Pros:

The staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The restaurant menu had arugula in everything, there was nothing standard to eat. The bed frame in our hotel room bashed up my husband's shins because it was a queen size mattress on a king size bed. There was no refrigerator in the unit. Just a cooler. The coffee tasted old from your Cafe.

Unvergesslich schön. Die Natur ist extrem beeindruckend!

Die zentrale Lage und die Ausstattung des Hotels sind super .
Es ist sowohl modern , praktisch aber auch sehr gemütlich eingerichtet.
Ein Supermarkt befindet sich vor der Tür .

Goede ligging en personeel was zeer vriendelijk!

Cons:

Voor ons was de kamer iets te klein en ik denk dat je in het hoogseizoen redelijk wat geluidshinder kan ondervinden van het terras van de bar op het middenplein.
