Hilton Garden Inn Charlotte Airport

Well presented, friendly and helpful staff. Excellent transit to and from the airport.

We chose to stay here after doing extensive research online. This is a nice hotel close to the Charlotte airport. The lobby is welcoming and our rooms are clean. We felt safe here. As mentioned in other reviews, the 11.99 per night parking is not ideal. The outside pool does not seem to be heated. Unfortunately, during our stay the power went out at 1am. We lost food in our fridge, had no AC, could not shower, or use outlets. We were surprised that there were no backup generators to help keep guests comfortable and safe. However, if we came through Charlotte again we would consider staying here again.

Comfortable newer hotel. Only complaint is that parking charges are not integrated with the hotel billing. Cost is $11.99/night and they make you scan a code, go to a 3rd party website and type in all of your information and credit card separately from the reservation. Other Hilton hotels in the area have free parking and free of this hastle.

Front desk person fast proficient and friendly. The shuttle driver in the morning was excellent. Both of our shuttle guys were great but the am guy was really great. The room was super clean and the bedding was absolutely the reason I came here to leave a review. Cold AC hot shower super nice room.

Efficient well run and welcoming

This place is made for travelers. The receptionist was friendly and efficient. The room and bathroom clean and spacious. The restaurant was a real find as we each had an outstanding Caesar salad with grilled chicken. The one hint is that you'll need to tell the front desk when you need the shuttle to the airport as it doesn't run automatically and, if arriving at the airport, you'll need to phone the hotel to let them know you're ready to be picked up. It's only about a 10 minute shuttle from the airport. Highly recommended for air travel lodging

Very clean and staff was great. Loved the location

Had to take the shuttle back to the airport at approx 5:30 am on a Saturday. Not something I was looking forward to but the driver had the shuttle play a game. He had playlist of songs fe films and we had to guess the film. 5:30 am Sat shuttles are not usually fun, but this was great!
Also great service from the bar the previous night!

We loved everything

This is my first time staying here, and it was amazing! The food was delicious, the staff, especially Sharon and Loretta, were incredibly friendly, attentive, helpful, and the cleanliness of the hotel was great. The vibe was peaceful and comfortable, making it a perfect getaway. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a wonderful and relaxing experience.

We had a long layover after missing a connecting flight due to fueling issues with our first flight. This hotel was recommended to us and we were very pleased with our stay from start to finish. All the hotel, shuttle drivers and restaurant staff were great. We did not have breakfast but dinner and cocktails were good. Would stay here again. Dates of stay 07 March to 08 March 2026.

Clean, quiet, comfortable room, Kresha at the front desk was exceptional! Highly recommend this place.

I had the pleasure of being check-in by Mr. Johnathan and he was so helpful with making my three day stay enjoyable.

I had to cut my trip short at this hotel , however despite my challenges, I found Kresha a totally professional, courteous and highly customer-oriented. Kresha listened to my reported issues attentively, apologized and promptly offered alternative solutions. She has a can-do, will-do attitude. In pouring rain, she offered me an umbrella and was efficient to check me out. Thank you for your hospitality, Kresha!
