After a long travel day and a harrowing experience with Hertz at the airport, the front desk at the Hilton Garden Inn at the Charlotte Airport was a godsend - I didn’t get his name but the young man who was at the desk at 9:30 pm was fantastic. THe next morning, Kresha was also super. The cleaning staff were friendly and hard at work when I checked out. Management should give this crew a shout out and well deserved praise (and maybe a little something) for the great work they are doing to service Hilton customers.

Great location and it has great drinks and food all served up with a beautifully smiling Lisa at the bar! I travel weekly and this is a great place to stay with a bar restaurant busier than if I had left to eat elsewhere. I so happy I found this place and I’ll be back.

Rooms are clean and have ample room with necessary amenities, we did spend some time at the bar and bar tender was great - friendly, fun, accommodating etc.., front desk was courteous and attentive, treating me as a customer should. Cleaning staff was very courteous.
