Great!
Pros:

We stayed here for 4 nights while house hunting in Charlotte. Very close to the airport. Great place! Staff were all very helpful and friendly. Loved the little patio area near the bar! It was a great place to relax with drinks and talk to other guests every evening. Can't think of anything negative to say and will definitely stay here again!

Great for rest after my missed flight!
Pros:

I called the front desk a few hours before arriving by flight in Charlotte after I knew I would miss my connection due to multiple delays. The night shift clerk was friendly and answered all questions clearly. Their airport shuttle from airport is on demand: you call when you are near or reach zone 1 outside of baggage claim of CLT. Driver arrives within 10 minutes. As you check in you give the clerk a time you’d like to leave for airport the next morning. Very efficient! The hotel lobby was clean, has a restaurant/bar and again, very friendly staff. I stayed in a king room. Spacious room with a small frig and keurig with tea or coffee options. Nice large shower with great water pressure. I personally did not care for the hygiene products because of their overpowering smell. The bed was firm, again not my preference but I did rest well. Although my travel plans home did not work out as expected, this hotel and staff made the journey less stressful.

Pros:

Great location, friendly staff. Check in was easy. Lisa took great care of us as well at the breakfast staff. Very fast and courteous. Rooms are clean and modern.
