The hotel is fine. The access road is not paved with asphalt as of August 2025. It is located within what appears to maybe one day be a very nice suburb, but currently is quite desolate. The birds in the area are interesting. If you have noisy neighbors- you will hear them.

Read the reviews before staying here! This is nowhere near the airport! Not great for those who have to layover for a night! Staff were the saving grace. Super nice and helpful. The property is in the middle of nowhere down a dirt road with nothing else near it. My uber driver was confused. They do have a shuttle for 20 usd.
The rooms were outdated with a cracked sink. Water pressure was good in the shower though. Outside was nice and a pretty sunset.

It’s much further than what is says on Expedia. Like a 30 min taxi ride.

This hotel is lovely. The common areas are beautiful, the spa and indoor pool inviting. The rooms need a little updating but they are spacious and clean. The food was very good in the lovely restaurant, and all the staff very helpful. Yes, the hotel is out of the way and the unpaved road not the best, especially after a rain shower, but I will definitely return and spend more time here.

The advertisement is deceptive, though the Hotel is in the City of Ezeiza, it is a long way from the Ezeiza Airport ($30.00 remis ride). There is absolutely nothing in the area, meaning guests are forced to eat at the Hotel. The road leading to the hotel is a dirt road full of pot holes. The 100% cancellation policy ensures that guests remain at the facility after arrival. This might be an event hotel, but it is NOT a place for a one night international travelers stopover.

What is not clear at all when looking at this property is that there is an entire 1 KM unpaved road in TERRIBLE condition that you have to travel to access the hotel. It is extremely bumpy with large pot holes that will have you driving from side to side to avoid. 10 KM/hr is the max speed and your car will be covered in dust. This means that not only is your Uber/Taxi going to hate you, but they most likely are going to roll their windows up for the extra 10 minutes this takes. All of our Ubers/Taxi's had no air condition and it was 85 degrees Fahrenheit so we were good and sweaty due to this every time. Then there is the guard gate to get through which is a nice security feature, but they could never find out name on the list which added another 5 minutes every time we came back. Lastly the facility is so remote from anything else that it took 30 minutes from the time you called a ride before they showed up.
I suppose if you simply want to stay at the hotel and never leave, it is a good value, but getting in and out was a real issue.
The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was surprising great. We didn't use the pool or kid's water park but it looked clean and enjoyable.
It is just hard to get over that ridiculous road. There was no indication that road hasn't been the sole access to the facility forever. I do not believe this was a temporary situation.

First of all Google maps could’t seem to find the proper location - Probably because it was at the end of a long winding dirt road full of ruts and bumps (almost undriveable) But you only found it if you followed the amateurly painted signs to get to that point. The food in the restaurant was delicious but they seemed reluctant to open the dining at the posted times. The rooms were clean but dated and with only one usable electric plug and chipped bathroom fixtures. The hairdryer and refrigerator were MIA. They have a beautiful big pool and spa and a children’s play area and pool with well maintained gardens and lawns surrounding them. The staff at the front desk and spa were very friendly, helpful and spoke excellent English. Unfortunately the hotel is NOT near the EZE airport but a 30 minute drive away. Fortunately the shuttle is only $20 US . Overall a fairly decent accommodation but decidedly not as described on the site.

Arrived after dark. Uber driver turned onto a scary dirt road and i thought it was the end for me, but apparently this nice hotel is down that road. Then to get into the property, an armed guard interrogated us, demanded our passports, and spoke no english. The hotel itself was nice

Acceso por calle de tierra, a trasmano. El hotel tuvo tiempos mejores, eso se nota, sin mantención o remodelación por años. Hotel de pasada, para entrar y salir sin esperar más.

This hotel is very nice. However, the government must pave the street.

It’s an older property away from everything. Need to drive on a dirt road to get there. Incredible view by the pool and lake for the afternoon sunset.

Preguntamos desde el dia anterior para hacer una salida tardia, la cual dijeron que estaba disponible, pero que hicieramos los arreglos en la mañana. Al ir por la mañana, dijeron que no tenian disponibilidad, pq tenian actividades. Creo que deberian tener mejor comunicaciòn con los clientes. Facilitaria las cosas para todos. De lo demás, es un buen lugar para descansar.

Struttura bella con personale gentile e prezzi molto bassi. Ma viene venduto come Hotel aeroportuale , invece è scomodissimo da raggiungere . 20 minuti di strada di cui gli ultimi 1500 metri sterrati
