Tanto per cominciare per due giorni non ho usufruito dell’upgrade da me pagato perché a detta del personale voi di Booking non l’avevate comunicato. Per tutta la durata del soggiorno non ha funzionato la TV.
Devo però ringraziare la Direzione poiché dopo le mie garbate osservazioni scritte , dopo alcuni giorni mi è stata rimborsata l’intera cifra della mia permanenza ; un gesto che ho molto apprezzato
