War klein und hatte alles was man brauchte. Das buchen und der Selbst-Check- in war super einfach.
Manche Dinge waren leider etwas in die Jahre gekommen und hatten Macken.
Room too hot to sleep and aircon couldn’t be adjusted. No window in small double room.

Staff friendly and easy book in system
All was fine
The staff were very friendly and the beds were very comfy. Shower and bathroom was lovely. Very near an underground station so easy to get into the centre but a little bit far from the centre. Close to Camden markets which was a 20minute walk. We were also able to leave a luggage when we got to the hotel before checking which was very kind.
The room was very small (we were upgraded and I don’t know how a room could be any smaller than what we were upgraded to!). Also there was some biscuits and coffee in the room which was a nice touch however, the biscuits in our room had been half eaten which I assume was from the guests before however, clearly not noticed by the cleaners that the packet had been opened - it just seemed a bit unhygienic. There was also a noise consistently through both nights which sounded like water running through pipes - its likely our room was just in an unfortunate position where we were near the pipes but did wake me up a few times during the night. The automatic lights also came on in the night which just made it a bit spooky!
Very comfortable and clean at a reasonable price. Easy walk to the tube. I had one of the basement rooms which was really cosy and quiet. Didn't use the little kitchen alcove as it was only one night but appreciated having a fridge in the room. Overall really good value for money and I'd definitely stay here again!

The property itself was in a good location, close to the station which was handy. Walking distance to grocery stores, cafes and restaurants.
There was quite a lot of mould across the air conditioning vents which was not very pleasant. They did manage to clean it by the 2nd day but it disrupted my ability to sleep on the 1st night. There is also no lift so hard with larger suitcases when on higher levels.
The room was on the small side but was so well equipped and well thought out. Loved the little kitchenette with coffee maker, microwave - even a little hob! Bathroom was great with a lovely shower. It was clean when we arrived and cleaned everyday we were there. It's in a great location from Camden and belsize park, very quiet and very safe area.

Location was good for the tube.
Bed was insanely hard, we also had a daddy long legs in out room, paint bubbling from the walls due to moisture, the radiator was on and turned up to 35!
Great location, nice modern rooms with an excellent shower
The room was very nice, clean, and comfortable, and we really liked the neighbourhood as well. The location was great for exploring the city, it was 2 minutes walk to the subway.Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended! 😊

The cleanliness, the hidden kitchenette was a great idea and extremely well stocked. The bed was only second to my own in the scale of comfort.
