Jsme velmi spokojení a malé nedostatky nám pobyt nijak nenarušily. Vrátili bychom se.
Pros:

Lokalita úžasná, v klidné velmi hezké rezidenční čtvrti bez ruchu a velkých davů, pár kroků od metra Belsize Park a 3 zastávky do Camden Town (do centra atd poté do 20 minut metrem). Přístup personálu skvělý, ihned nám půjčili i adaptéry na zásuvky, které jsme si nepřivezli. Úklid probíhal denně, žádný problém jsme neměli. Kuchyňka vybavená pro malé vaření (jen není moc jak dát umyté nádobí sušit).

Cons:

Příště prosíme doplňovat kávu na pokoj :) A lednice hodně mrazí, tedy přes noc nám to zmrazilo několik připravených svačin a zeleninu. Tlačítko na Nerušit a Úklid je na displeji prohozené, takže hned po probuzení nás budil personál na úklid i přes to, že jsme měli status Nerušit – systémově se to však poté ukazuje naopak, je nutné přenastavit :)

Good location but the management needs to work on their hospitality skills

It was very well located. The tube station is a few metres away. And the room was clean

Cons:

The receptionist, an older lady, was extremely unwelcoming from the very first interaction. I had to ring the bell to be let into the property, and when she opened the door, her attitude was immediately off.

I requested an early check-in just 15–20 minutes before the official 3:00 PM time, which is a fairly reasonable ask, but she reacted with visible irritation. She tagged my luggage, mumbled something unclear, and then abruptly said she couldn’t check me in early because she had to go “do a delivery,” which was confusing and not explained at all. She then walked off, leaving me unsure of what to do next.

I told her I would wait at reception for a bit and possibly step out and return. While I was waiting, she came back and only agreed to check me in after I maintained a polite and upbeat attitude despite the situation. Even then, there was no effort to make me feel welcome, she didn’t guide me to my room or provide any proper introduction to the property.

The property itself is very small, and the room felt significantly smaller than it appeared in the pictures.
