Nothing because they refused us

Cons:

I had my ID, I booked the hotel. My sisters ID was a couple of months out of date but they wouldnt accept it. They refused to offer any solution and the person at reception was rude, passive aggressive and sarcastic.
I have never stayed in a hotel in the UK where all guests were required to show ID. This is not clearly stated and can be assumed that with all other hotels, if ID is required, its just the person booking.
We had to pay for a different hotel (where only the person who booked had to provide ID, as expected).
I wish I had filtered the reviews by the bad ones before booking and in all honestly it appears to be a blessing we didn't have to stay here considering everyone states that the rooms are tiny without heat or AC, smells like a sewer and is extremely noisy.

There is brittania hampstead down the road that we ended up staying at for a cheaper rate and had no such issues.

Requested a refund but am being refused so am going through booking.com.

Η τοποθεσία του καταλύματος ήταν εξαιρετική, μόλις 3' από τον σταθμό του μετρό και απο εκεί με το μετρο σε λιγότερο από 10' στο κέντρο. Η εξυπηρέτηση του προσωπικού ήταν εξαίρετη. Το δωμάτιο περιελάμβανε όλα τα απαραίτητα, είχε συνεχώς ζεστό νερό και το προσωπικό καθάριζε το δωμάτιο με αλλαγή σεντονιών και πετσετών καθημερινά. Πολύ καλή σχέση τιμής-παροχών.

Cons:

Το κατάλυμα στους πάνω ορόφους και ειδικά το δωμάτιο είχε όλες τις ημέρες πολύ άσχημη μυρωδιά εξαιτείας της αποχέτευσης (μάλλον). Οι κρεμάστρες του μπάνιου είχαν δείγματα σκουριάς, χωρίς όμως να λερώνουν τις πετσέτες.

The proximity to the metro station

Cons:

As we entered the room, the smell of sewage was just unbearable. The same applied for the corridor, as our bedroom was underground. I went straight up to reception to ask if there was anything they could do, but the lady mentioned the hotel was fully booked and we could move accommodation the next day. She asked me to speak to her colleague the following day, but guess what? The hotel was still fully booked and I could see that immediately as I checked availability online both on booking and on their website for the following day, so I got lied to straight to my face.
If you’re a light sleeper the noise from the underground station will also be very loud and annoying.

Estuve muy a gusto, la cama era muy cómoda y todo estaba muy limpio. El personal fue muy amable!
Pros:

Lo que más me gustó de la habitación es que tenía cocina (no solo microondas si no que también vitrocerámica) y venía equipada con vasos, platos y cubiertos.

Cons:

No tiene ascensor y las escaleras son un poco estrechas, pero solo hay que ir poco a poco y con cuidado!

Pros:

It was clean in overall and easy to get to from tubes or buses

Cons:

The smell of the toilet made our stay a bit uncomfortable especially at night. It wasn’t because the toilet was dirty it was coming from the drains so we needed to make sure we close the door of the bathroom everytime and kept the windows open as the smell was strong

La ubicación, la habitación recién reformada y cocina equipada con café kettle, microondas, etc. Muy detallistas como con unas zapatillas y smart TV.

Great location for accessing Camden, Kentish town etc. Just steps from the nearest tube and local amenities on the doorstep!
Small room but essentials all good!

Cons:

Would have liked instructions on how to use the coffee machine and normal tea bags available but otherwise good stay!

Pros:

Posizione perfetta, a pochi minuti dalla metro. Bagno molto bello, pulito e moderno. La camera, nonostante fosse piccola, era funzionale e la TV era veramente grande, perfetta per rilassarsi dopo una giornata in giro per Londra. Anche se di piccole dimensioni, la stanza era funzionale e con spazi sufficienti se utilizzata per dormire o per passarci poche ore durante la giornata. I ragazzi della reception sono stati tutti molto gentili e cordiali, ho avuto un problema personale e sono stati tutti quanti disposti ad aiutarmi in qualsiasi momento. Ringrazio Stefania perché senza esitazione mi ha aiutato a risolvere la situazione.

Cons:

Lenzuola e biancheria con un po' di macchie di trucco probabilmente non andate via tramite il lavaggio, ma può capitare.
