Clean and comfortable room. Kitchenette was well equipped. Location was really good -close to Tube and in a peaceful area.
Room is compact. It was expected and as described but something to be aware of if you are travelling with luggage.
My second stay here and during a heatwave so thank goodness for air con. Clean room comfortable bed.

They didn’t clean our room the first two days
Stayed with my Mam for a night to watch a concert at the roundhouse. We stayed in a double room on the lower ground floor. It had a well stocked kitchenette and a huge tv. Very clean and tidy. Huge shower head and large shower cubicle. The room had a lovely smell. Also it has aircon. Amazing! The lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The surrounding area is brilliant and quiet. We felt very safe and walked everywhere. 4 minutes walk from the tube, 15 minute walk to the roundhouse, 20 minutes walk to camden market. All along 1 road. I would 100% stay here again.
Please note that you can hear the underground. Obviously not the hotels fault Just making people aware.

Uncomfortable mattress & pillows. Bad tap design over sink meant water went all over
Good value for money. It looked as advertised and was quite spacious. The receptionist was also extremely welcoming and accommodating. Belsize Park is a lovely neighbourhood. Likely to return.

Lovely staff and very good with supplying enough tea, coffee, milk and sugar. Everything you need and great use of space. The air con was brilliant and felt very comfortable.
The shower was very noisy
Non è la prima volta che torno in questa struttura, la ritengo abbastanza pulita e in una buona posizione, molto vicino alla metro vicino a qualche ristorante e supermercato. In una zona non eccessivamente centrale e quindi abbastanza silenziosa. 
Alcune rifiniture delle stanze potrebbero essere migliori e purtroppo non c’è l’ascensore
Amazing location only a short walk form the tube station. A very picturesque neighborhood and part of London.
The Wi-Fi cut out while we were watching a movie on the SMART TV and wouldn't reconnect until the morning. The air conditioning was rather noisy also.
