The hotel is located in a very safe area , close to the Belsize Park station. The rooms are very clean and are cleaned on daily basis.

Great location being near all amenities including transport. Secure premises, not too much noise and great bedroom with all the facilities.
I felt it was a little overpriced compared with other hotels, as we could get breakfast included for what we paid elsewhere.

Close to Tube Station
Room was very small and hot - air conditioning was not working but couldn’t switch it off and it was very noisy. There was not a lift so getting cases to the third floor was hard work.
Location was perfect for proximity to a gig we were attending. The surrounding area seemed safe and not too busy compared to Camden town on down the road. Friendly and helpful staff.
Plenty of amenities. We stayed in a double studio which had a conveniently tucked away kitchen.
Air con was good and easy to use.
Large TV with smart features.
Couple of minor issues. The bathroom had some metal fixtures that were badly rusted. The bathroom itself was very compact which was okay but the wash basin had a very high tap which meant anything more than a slow pour would splash water everywhere from the shallow basin.
The noise levels weren't great. As the reception closes at 9pm the hotel is sort of a free for all. Not in a threatening way. Just that the rooms next to us were occupied by a group of very loud women. When they returned they were shouting for a while before they went into their own rooms. I'm a light sleeper and my wife is not, even she woke up. Other noise they bothered me personally included flushing or showers going on during the night. Due to our room being on the ground floor you could hear the tube below which was frequent however it did stop eventually as the trains were done for the night at about 130am.
I am just doing an honest review here. I would go back as I don't mind losing some sleep, and if I know I'm only there for one night and it was handy for the location. Maybe staying in the top floor would make it more.comfortable for more than one night.
The rooms had everything you could possibly need and perfectly located near the tube station.

Loved it, would book again. Was a lovely surprise to see facilities for cooking. Spotless, immaculate and modern premises. Perfect location for our planned break concert at o2 forum and also the Zoo. Plenty tubes buses close at hand
