Pros:

Fantastic staff, great location away from the touristy areas, super close to subway and great restaurants. The room had all we need plus the amazing whirlpool.

Pros:

Friendly and polite service, they where trying to help with everything at any time.
Cleaning service happens quite late but if you request it they will make an effort to adapt to your schedule whenever possible.
They have 24h conserge and you can keep the luggages there after checkout or before check-in
The suite room is very big even slightly overkill with both bathtub and jacuzzi
Also very close to green line subway which leads to the center of almost any attraction.

Tiny bit far from central Seoul but very easy to get to the centre so can’t really complain. It was great!

Pros:

Because it's a boutique loft it has a different set up than most hotels, for example having a bath in the room. Shower and the toilet were separately. A sink in the room by the window. It was a different experience in a good way. While you stay there- there's a gym next door and go check out the awesome Owl's House (부엉이산장) nearby for a dinner.

Cons:

I took one of cup to have a tea, but the bottom of it was still a bit dirty.
