Nice safe and quiet

the bed and pillows were great, the room were spacious, the room is generally clean, the staff below were friendly, customer service is not quick to,act on request of guests, breakfast should also consider international guests and not just Indian foods to be served.

Totally rubbish. Won't recommend any one to stay with ln the hotel.Counter staff unfriendly non cooperative and lacking manners and etiquette.

今回で3回目の利用。夜中の到着だったというのもあったのですがフロントの方が少し疲れ気味でした。また早朝髭剃りと歯磨きが無くフロントまで取りに行きましたら、フロントで歯磨きだけを貰い有料で値段は忘れましたが50ルピー程度をフロントでお金を払いました。その箱は破れており、少し残念に思いました。また、今回は日本での予約時の値段が「10,200円」になっていたので、ずいぶん上がったなーと言う印象でした。ですのでサービスも良くなっているだろうと思ったのですが、残念でもありました。但し以前はインド国内便との併用をしていたので5,000円位で宿泊できましたが、今回は併用していなかったために価格が高かったのだと思われます。22日に忘れ物を取りに行った際、別の方がフロントでハキハキ対応して頂きました。素敵なスマイルとスマートな動き、さすがこれぞホテルマン！と思いました。彼の笑顔と彼の行動がなければ、総評はもっと下がったと思われます。また、泊まりたいホテル、がんばってサービス向上して欲しいと思いました。少し辛口の意見すいません。

Decent hotel. But a little away from the dlf cyber city

Hotel is nice but AC and hot water did not work properly. Bed sheets were not clean.

I got an amazing deal for this hotel so checkedin, hotel is good & comfortable the only thing that created a discomfort was that in chilly winter of Dec I didnt had warm water to bathe with, I did not have time to get it rectified but as a business traveler I expect that this basic stuff wud be available without assistance.... over all ok.....

AUSTRALIAN TRAVELLER RATES THE HOTEL STAY AS OK. ROOMS ARE CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE. BUT TO IMPROVE YOUR SERVICE TO OVERSEAS TRAVELLERS PLEASE IMPROVE THE MENU ESPECIALLY BREAKFAST. THE WATER PRESSURE IN THE SHOWER WAS ALSO A PROBLEM. OVERALL RATING FROM ME 6 OUT OF 10

I spent 12 nights in this hotel. I chose this hotel because it is only a short distance from my family home and very close to the Delhi-Gurgaon expressway. I was surprised by the cleaniness of the room and the quality of facilities. Staff are friendly but could do with more professional training. The bar closes at 11 but that's probably because of local regulations. Overall, this hotel offers good value for money!

Location is good,peace environment,near Medanta Hospital,breakfast Ok could be better according to the rate charged,not satisfied with the towels cleanliness in the bathroom.

I BOOKED THIS HOTEL FOR 2 NIGHT IN RUSH FOR MY PARENTS AS I COULDNT FIND ANYTHING CLOSE TO THEIR DESTINATION. LATER I MOVED THEM TO UMRAO RESORT AND HOTEL BUT THEY SAID THEY LOVED THIS TREEHOUSE HOTEL MORE THAN UMRAO. NOT THAT UMRAO WAS NOT MAGNIFICIENT BUT THEY JUST LOVED THE HOTEL , THE STAFF ,THE SPACIOUS ROOM... WOULD RECOMMEND TO ALL
