Pros:

Justo al lado de la quinta avenida pero con nada de su ruido. Cerca de ADO alterna y un poco más de la turística. Habitación muy amplia, cómoda y perfectamente equipada. Es tal como se ve en las fotos o mejor. Muy bien.

Cons:

La recepcionista del primer día por la tarde noche fue un poco seca, o así me lo pareció a mi, pero por contra, otras dos con las que hablé, especialmente una, fue absolutamente encantadora. La una por la otra.

Location.

The room was equipped with the essential plates, knives, and a refrigerator, providing everything I needed for my stay

Cons:

I stayed in a room with a spa bath, but the layout lacked privacy. The tub was positioned in a way that it was easily visible from the overhead walkways and the balconies of the floors above. I had to wear a swimsuit and could only use it briefly, as it didn't feel private at all. Additionally, the cleanliness of the tub seemed insufficient.

Another major issue was the water supply. When I tried to take a shower in the early morning, hardly any water (hot or cold) came out for about 30 minutes. I suspect it was due to high demand from other rooms, but it was quite distressing since the weather was chilly and I was already undressed.

Good value but needs attention to improve
Pros:

The size of the room. Location. Staff.

Cons:

The first room had an unpleasant odour, so they promptly changed me to another room. However the new room had an air conditioner that leaked water so I had to use the waste bin. Also the room did not have a good view so did not use the balcony. For the price it was good value however they need to address their odours in the room and AC issues.

Emplacement parfait et chambre propre
Pros:

Emplacement parfait dans le centre, à côté de la 5ème avenue, 10min à pied des gares ADO. Personnel agréable, chambre propre et spacieuse, grande salle de bain.

Cons:

La chambre sent vite l’humidité quand la climatisation n’est pas en marche.

Cercano a puntos de interes excelente relación precio calidad
Pros:

La ubicación a un paso de la 5ta avenida muy seguro para caminar de noche. Cerca de todos los puntos.de partida a las excursiones qué es por lo q fuimos a Playa. También a pocos minutos de playa Mamitas sin duda mejor que las del centro. Pero hermoso
Si bien esta al lado de una obra y cerca de Coco Bongo descansas como príncipe.
Todo tal cual las fotos publicadas.

Cons:

Faltó acondicionador y cuando pedí una chica me dijo q solo lo q había es lo q se daba. Creo q con muy poco el servicio era excelente. El resto del personal 10/10

Comfortable staing in the heart of Playa del Carmen.
Pros:

Location is perfect. You don’t need to use taxi for any location its already so close to you. Also room is big and fresh. Would stay in here again definitely.

Cons:

There were no tissues, water, extra towels and enough bath kits in the room. I had to buy them from 7/11 which is so close to the hotel.

bien en gral costo/prestaciones, muy buena ubicacion , mal el servicio de la caja fuerte no funcionaba, y respecto critica constructiva, en mi caso me hubiese gustado que tuviera servicio de playa como sombrilla y un par de reposera..GRACIAS
