Pros:

La décoration. La vue. Le petit déjeuner. Le personnel de réception, la chambre à la décoration et au style vraiment originale.

Cons:

Le peu d’amabilité, voir l’absence d’amabilité du personnel du petit déjeuner. Par exemple il faut demander trois ou quatre fois et attendre près de 45 minutes pour avoir une omelette. On nous a expliqué qu’il n’y avait plus d’œufs ! Puis finalement un autre serveur en a apporté une bref peu agréable dans un établissement de cette catégorie.

Im anderen Setup gern wieder
Pros:

Insgesamt ein eigentlich tolles Hotel und ganz sicher auch ein tolles Zimmer. Tolle Bar, Top Lage und schönes Design.

Cons:

Es war eines der etwas größeren Zimmer und lag exakt neben einem Technikraum und unterhalb des Restaurants. Die Geräuschkulisse morgens vom Frühstück zum Start und regelmäßig im etwaigen Minuten-Takt am Tag aus dem Technikraum waren unangemessen laut. Zur Abreise kam ab 9:00, deutlich vor Check-Out, regelmäßig das Housekeeping und fragte final: „Wann weg?“ Für mich zwischen allem Business in der Kategorie unangemessen.

This is probably at least the 20th hotel I’ve stayed at in Berlin and it’s the best.
Pros:

Very cool hotel, room great with lovely view from hammock in the huge window.

Lovely cosy coffee shop/bar and the other bar on rooftop is amazing.

Attention to detail is amazing - I stay in hotels a lot and this place is right up there, and considering value for money it’s probably top.

Pros:

The Room was very nice and specious and had a great view of the Zoo! Also one could see that they really take care of the rooms - no dents or anything that looked very used.

Cons:

The Elevators are pitch dark, just a tiny bit more light would be nice. Also the Power cord of the water cooker was so short that I had to hold the whole thing while making hot water.

Heerlijk genoten, leuke kamer en geweest in de Monkey Bar: gaaf!
Pros:

Leuke sfeer in het hotel, we moesten wel even wennen aan alles zo donker maar snel vonden we het erg gaaf!
