Fabulous Hotel.
Pros:

Fabulous Hotel, this is a great place to stay in Berlin, overlooking the zoo and the tiergarten was a unique feature and really enjoyable when having a drink in the monkey bar on the top floor, all staff were excellent and made our stay a pleasure throughout our stay, would recommend this hotel to anyone looking at a stay in Berlin,
the Hotel Bikini is the best.

Cons:

Das Hotel hat meine abgegebene Reisetasche zunächst verloren. Nach kurzer Zeit ist sie dann zwar wieder aufgetaucht und es hat auch nichts gefehlt, allerdings wurde mir weder mitgeteilt, wo die Tasche jetzt aufgetaucht ist noch irgendeine Erklärung oder Entschuldigung abgegeben. Auf meine Kritik hierauf wurde sich dann kurz angebunden entschuldigt. In einem Vier-Sterne-Hotel hätte ich ein anderes Vorgehen erwartet. Meine Parkkosten wurden zunächst doppelt abgerechnet, was im Nachhinein - auch wieder kommentarlos - korrigiert wurde. Im Zimmer war es ziemlich laut, auch nachts. Die Seifenspender im Zimmer klemmten. Alles in allem leider enttäuschend für den Preis.

Pros:

Lage und Hotel an sich sind perfekt, ebenso der freie Zugang zur Monkey Bar auf dem Rooftop.

Cons:

Ich war bereits mehrfach in der Unterkunft, habe wie üblich die deutlich teurere Junge-Seite gewählt. Und dann ein Zimmer erhalten, aus dem ich nur die monströsen Aufbauten der Klimaanlage sehen konnte. Ich bin der Meinung, es muss vorher kommuniziert werden, dass kein Blick in den Zoo möglich ist. Oder der Preis muss niedriger ausfallen. Preis-Leistung hatten hier leider eine Schieflage.

Ein wirklich tolles Hotel mit stilvoll eingerichteten Zimmern sowie einer einladenden Lobby und Daybar. Die zentrale Lage ist ideal, besonders für Familien mit Kindern. Das Frühstück ist äußerst reichhaltig und die Aussicht dabei einfach beeindruckend. Ein besonderes Highlight ist das Restaurant NENI mit seinem hervorragenden Essen und dem ausgesprochen freundlichen und aufmerksamen Service.

Cons:

Der Frühstücksservice war verbesserungswürdig. Die Wartezeiten auf Kaffee waren teilweise sehr lang, sodass dieser erst kurz vor Ende des Frühstücks serviert wurde. Zudem wirkte das Personal nicht besonders aufmerksam.

Es war alles sehr stimmig, wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.
Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen, es hat einen fancy urbanen Look. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön, Bodentiefe Fenster, super bequeme Betten, eine Hängematte zum chillen mit dem Ausblick auf den Tiergarten. Es gab für meinen Hund ein Bettchen und Willkommens Kekse. Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Es war für uns alles perfekt.

Desing, Casual chic, super confortable
Pros:

Each room, each common space from lobby to the elevator is carefully designed to create a unique atmosphere of casual chic lost somewhere between the jungle and a cozy cabin with a fireplace.
Superb view on the Berlin Zoo for the jungle rooms.
Very comfortable bed and overall room.
The breakfast on the rooftop is almost magical, unique point of view.
