Tolles, originelles Hotel
Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr originell und farbenfroh eingerichtet. Wir hatten ein Jungle Doppelzimmer in der 9. Etage. Herrliche Aussicht auf den Zoo. Morgens zeigten sich die Affen 🐒. Ein Highlight war die Hängematte beim grossen Fenster.
Das Frühstück in der 10. Etage mit fantastischem Ausblick auf die Stadt, war aussergewöhnlich vielfältig und lecker.
Für einen Besuch in der Junglesauna war es schlichtweg zu heiss. Diese sah aber schön aus.
Die Mitarbeiter waren stets freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Wir können das Hotel sehr empfehlen.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was impeccable from start to finish. The room and all common areas were exceptionally clean and the attention to detail throughout the property was truly impressive! The view was beautiful and made the experience even more enjoyable.

Schönes Hotel aber das wird nicht reichen!

Enttäuschender Service und mangelnde Gastorientierung!!
Leider entsprach der Service während unseres Aufenthalts keineswegs dem Standard, den man von einem Hotel dieser Kategorie in Berlin erwarten darf.
Wir wollten den Abend gegen 20:15 Uhr an der Bar im 3. Obergeschoss ausklingen lassen. Laut den offiziellen Angaben im Hotel sowie der expliziten Auskunft der Rezeption sollte die Bar bis 21:00 Uhr geöffnet sein. Dennoch verweigerte uns die anwesende Bar-Managerin die Bestellung mit dem Hinweis, die Bar sei bereits geschlossen.
Besonders irritierend: Nur knapp zehn Minuten später servierte dieselbe Mitarbeiterin anderen Gästen frische Getränke. Auf unsere anschließende Bitte um Aufklärung an der Rezeption wurde leider überhaupt nicht reagiert – ein absolut unprofessionelles Beschwerdemanagement.
Fazit:
Hier mangelt es offensichtlich an geschultem, serviceorientiertem Personal und einer verlässlichen internen Kommunikation. Gastfreundschaft sieht anders aus. Berlin bietet glücklicherweise zahlreiche exzellente Hotel-Alternativen, die das Thema Kundenzufriedenheit ernster nehmen.

Immer einen Aufenthalt wert.

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen und bietet eine tolle Aussicht auf den Tierpark. Die Gastronomie in Form des NENI ist hervorragend. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, ansprechend gestaltet und sehr sauber.
