Pros:

Excellent locationwise of you just plan to drop your belongings in a safe hotel and then wander and come back to your room when your tired. The hotel however has very bad sound insulation so you hear alot of doors banging and sounds from next door. Half the rooms overlook a wind tunnel with very noisy generators which kept me up during the night.

A good location close to the metro and cafes. The staff were friendly and helpful despite their limited English skills. Breakfast was ok. The roon although not big was comfortable and air conditioned.

This property is in the perfect location, just steps away from Istakal street with all the major stores/shopping opportunities. The hotel staff were so pleasant and helpful! The hotel was clean with REALLY good breakfast!!! The ONLY reason I gave this hotel a 4 instead of a 5, is we stayed on the 5th floor (the elevator only takes you to floor 4, and then you have to carry your luggage to the 5th floor- up a small spiral staircase WHICH was a bit hectic when arriving BUT NOT TERRIBLE) back to the reasoning for the 4 stars and not 5 stars- our room on the 5th floor smelled terrible, I think there may be a sewage issue because if the bathroom door remained open the entire room was nauseating with the smell. If the bathroom door was closed only the bathroom reeked but not the entire room (just had to brace ourselves when entering the bathroom each time we had to use it) OTHERWISE this hotel far exceeded our expectations

Amazing hotel and staff, very convenient location, great breakfast on a terrace with a view, walking distance to everywhere and a few steps to metro and bus stops. Staff was above and beyond! Live piano music in the lobby on Saturday evening was exceptional! We enjoyed it a lot! Great experience even despite room was tiny and was facing the wall. We’ll be back!

Great location near Taskim Square and easy 8 minute walk to the Havaist bus station for inexpensive transport to Istanbul Airport.
Very clean, comfortable rooms with elevator. Friendly and helpful staff.

Note that the street is quite steep with very short steps to the hotel entrance. The street is lively and can be noisy at night.

Overall a pleasant stay.

Clean and updated property, friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast, very convenient location regarding public transportation.
Beeing close to Taxim Square and coinciding with some public events was a bit noisy during some nights. Otherwise I guess it's typically normal for Istanbul.
I will recommend it to my friends.

Great location, steps from Taksim square and the hustle bustle right outside your hotel. Shops, food, money exchange etc right there.
Hotel cute and cozy, friendly staff. Updated bathroom with exhaust. Free tea, desserts and water. Live piano player on Saturday! I would definitely stay again. 45 min to ist airport, 1350TL approx. Nice bed, great rain shower.

I love the decors in the hotel. It's very classic and artistic. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I had a wonderful and enjoyable 3 nights stay. There's a piano recital in the hotel and hotel guests are invited to event.
