Unfortuamtely i had a terrible experience and i couldnt but to cancel the rest of my reservation. Couldnt stay for one more night, the hotel is very old and not clean there was something bite me once o entered me and my whole family had bites . I thind bed bugs

Had a very HORRIBLE experience with this hotel. Had hotel room booked, paid and everything. Once arrived in Istanbul to the hotel, went inside to check in and before even stepping inside the hotel, the manager came up to us and said that the hotel is closed; closed with no explanation. Overall, very bad experience, they did not let us in, although we had booked, and we had to find another hotel to stay during our trip!

We were not able to get inside because the door was locked, and we had to check in to another hotel , would not recommend this hotel at all , it’s a very sketchy place and not even sure that does it ever open or not.

Staff is freindy and helpful, Mini bar is nòt renew every day, toilet light was off and no body repaired till departure, location is very good.

The staff is really humble and nice but the overall management of this place is not great. We were first given a room whose airconditioner did not work the whole night and it could not be fixed the next day. After raising it with the manager we got a new room. One day later he told us that someone has pre booked this room, so we were shifted the third time. The room in itself was not well maintained. There were cracks and spaces between tiles. We moved the bed (for kids) and there was a heap of dust underneath it. Also I understand that we used to leave the room by 1pm but even then after several requests, within our six days visit the room was cleaned only once. Finally in the end I asked for some compensation and was promised that our departure taxi to the airport would be arranged and paid by the hotel. Only to realise on the day (this was 4am) that it was not prearranged! The manager later messaged me that he would pay the taxi fare (€20) without any hint of apology for not arranging the taxi.

The place super comfort and amazinf sea view, friendly staff especially ibrahim and the front desk lady. Very clean, comfy bed, spacious rooms & good price. Very close to taksim square and metro station.
Highly recommended for both family and single stays.

I based my feedback upon the location of the hotel, the cleanness, staff attitude, etc.

However I didn’t stay in the hotel at the end, as it was clear upon showing me 2 options it’s not suitable for a family with 2 kids. Possibly 1 infant could have been ok.
The staff on that day, helped me to find another option outside and kept our luggage till I found one.

The place is very close to Taksim square and looks a nice hotel. Area is flat unlike Istanbul other places with hills.

-Location is very good, like 5 min. Walking to isteklal sq.
-The room is big ( this is for bospour view room). The city vire room is not that big
- we surprisingly knows that no breakfast service as the restaurant is closed due to covid conditions while the bar is working normally!
-in check-in, receptionist gave us vity view room & offered us to pay more & upgrade to bospour view room while my original booking is based on bospour view one. Luckily that I remmebered su h detail in my booking to not pay more
- 1 water bottle every 2 days.. in our stay, they put 1 bottle for 3 times in 7 nights stay; whilein their service decription. It's offered daily
- room service is every 2 days not daily, & not that clean!

- bathroom tub sink needed to be fixed & requested that several times since first day & nothing happened till our end of stay

- I requested airport transportation & as they mentioned here, they offer this service with 25€ cost, while the receptionist asked me for 40€ instead.

At the end, they are not honest at all for the service they mentioned in compate to the reality.

I built my expectations based on my previous stay there 6 years ago but now, it totally not recommended

The owner were very friendly. And very cooperating about anything. I highly recommend this hotel ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

It was good and clean

The place of the hotel is very good...and the room is big and comfortable for a small family..but they dont clean well..and dont arrange the room in a nice and comfortable way...especially beds of the children...

Excellent boutique hotel, centrally located. Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay there again.

Hizmet konusunda yaşanılan gecikmelerin yanı sıra odaya girişimizde örtülerin henüz temizlenmediğini gördük. Ayrıca dört günlük konaklamamızda klimanın kumandası tamir bahanesiyle temizlikte ki hiçbir problemi yok iken aldılar ve sıcakta uyumak durumunda kaldık. Tavsiye edeceğim bir otel kesinlikle değil.

Very good location, walking distance to restaurants and shops. Don't rent a car! No parking and a lot of traffic in Istanbul!
