Pros:

I like this property having a reception so it’s easy to check in as compared to other bnb type of apartment. It’s basic but have everything we need. They charge for coffee but waive my consumption during my stay.

I like hotels and the convenience they offer. But this place might have convinced me to change my mind. I never realized the convenience of having a big fridge, microwave, washing machine and a dish washer in the same place even though we didn’t use the dishwasher. Now I’m have a better appreciation. The place well kept and very modern. Has everything a traveller might need. Centrally located to all site attractions very walkable. Add to that the staff are so friendly they received us with a big smile and welcome. Check the parking directions provided by the property prior to arriving. A slight improvement might be helpful even though there is a heat drying rack adding couple of towel hooks would be a plus. Thanks to the management and staff Samra, Anaelle are for sure an additional reason for us to stay at this place when we visit Marseille in the future. Merci pour votre service et hospitality 😄

Great location, close to the Old Port, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The staff are very friendly and easy to communicate with via phone or WhatsApp. They also offer a free laundry service, which is a nice bonus. The only thing to note is that there is no lift in the building, so it may not be very convenient if you have large suitcases.

The apartment location is second to none! Right in the center of shopping, restaurants, nightlife. Two blocks east of old port. Looks new or recently renovated inside. Very clean and spacious. Staff was pleasant. Owner spoke English well. Other staff not as well but good enough and were very helpful! Only downside is no elevator so the climb of 57 steps up the narrow staircase to our 3rd floor apartment was a bit of a challenge but helped us work off the food and drink we consumed during the day! :)

Les Appartements du Vieux- Port had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay in Marseille. It is conveniently located minutes away from Vieux Port and a 10-15 minute walk to other major attractions in the city center. The staff were also very professional, friendly and communicative throughout our stay. I highly recommend booking this property for your next stay in the city!

Wonderful, spacious and clean. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. Good air conditionning. I would say it sleeps 3, though, not 4. Or one couple and two young children. We had teens, so it was a bit tight for them, but the extra living space and kitchen and amenities made up for all that. There is no elevator though, so if you are on a higher floor, bringing luggage in an out is a fun adventure! Close to a million cafés and restaurants and is a hot spot for nightlife. Very multicultural and vibrant. Marseille is a bit more dirty than we expected, but we still managed to enjoy ourselves.

A beautiful little apartment looking onto delightful gardens. A perfect size for two (not least the roomy bathroom!) . Very central and very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend. (We were on the 1st floor at 29 Rue Pavilion.)

A nice, clean, comfortable apartment which was ideal for a 4 night stay. The bedroom was small but overall, everything did what it needed to.

Our stay at Les Appartements was very pleasant. We had a good sized apartment on the 3rd floor which had a view of the port from the balcony. The room was clean, had a comfy bed, full kitted out kitchen and big modern bathroom. The only negative was that there was no lift so carrying a suitcase up the stairs was an effort!! The staff were all friendly and polite and they looked after my wife and I for our wedding anniversary with a complementary bottle of wine which was a lovely gesture! It's in close proximity to the Vieux Port which is lovely with great bars and restaurants. I recommend taking a boat trip to the Calanques! Was absolitely stunning!

This property is ideally located just a couple of blocks from the Vieux Port and surrounded by great stores, restaurants and cafes. The apartment was immaculate and well furnished with good AC, a comfortable bed, and nice funishing. NOTE: It is a six-storey building with no elevator and winding stairs. If you don't like stairs, make sure you confirm a lower floor unit when you book. The advantage of the top floor is that we had a good-sized furnished terrace.

Excellent property to stay. Closest to the Vieux-port (best area of the city). All the transportation is convenient. Monoprix is closest. Best place to stay.
