For extended stays of 5 nights or more, we offer a complimentary mid-stay housekeeping service to ensure a fresh and tidy villa throughout your visit. Relax and enjoy your stay without worrying about the upkeep.
Covid-19 Safety Measures
Rest assured, we prioritize the safety of our guests and staff. With additional Covid-19 information provided in each villa, we are committed to maintaining high standards to protect everyone. Book now for a safe and luxurious experience at Platinum Villas.
Guests under the age of 25 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. The legal guardian must provide a current photo ID or proof of guardianship if requested upon check-in.
Please note that there is a 3% charge when you pay with a Visa, Mastercard credit card or American Express credit card.
All villas are fully self-contained and self-catering and rates do not include daily housekeeping service. This service is available for an additional charge of $35 per service and can be arranged at the time of arrival. Any stays of 5 nights or more will receive a complimentary mid-stay housekeeping service included within the nightly rate.
BBQs are available for hire at the rate of $20 per night and available for a maximum of 3 nights per stay. Subject to availability.

This can be found in the Photo Frame on the desk in your Villa along with additional in house Covid-19 information. At Platinum the safety and well-being of our guests and team members is paramount. 100% of our team are fully vaccinated, and we take pride in maintaining the highest hygiene standards to help protect all guests to the best of our ability.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Beautiful spacious apartment with stunning views over the lake. Super comfortable beds and we loved the huge fire. A little bit out of town but we enjoyed that.

This is our second stay at Platinum. It was perfect for our family of 5. Enough room to relax and a fully equipped kitchen and laundry.

Well positioned - not in town (which is better when very busy), but a scenic walk through St Omar’s Park along the lake gets you to town in 15-20 min. It was very comfortable and the facilities /equipment is top notch.
The view was amazing looking out over the lake and onto the mountains. The sunrise was amazing as well. The room itself was spacious with plenty of relaxing areas and the gas fire just made the evenings all that better.
Having a toilet downstairs would have suited us better but these things can't be changed for us travellers. Location of rubbish bin in the kitchen, could of been out of sight.
Great location and used public transportation. Clean facilities and pretty quiet.

We couldn't find air con and the heat rises to the rooms which are at the top of the steps
Spacious, lake view in our property, well equipped
The apartment's were spacious for our group. Good to have a full kitchen and ensuite along with a main bathroom. Washing machine and dryer were a bonus as we have been travelling for a few days and needed washing done. The fireplace was lovely. Great space down stairs and not overcrowded. Garage was good to put our bike in and dry our shoes. The Bike station was appreciated after our rides. Staff were kind and friendly. The beds were very comfy. Sun shining through in the morning was lovely out on the patio.
The overabundance of coffee cups in the draws. More crockery in general would have been better for a four night stay with our group.
The villa is very comfortable. The gas fire is fabulous.
The garage is quite narrow. Our next door neighbours had too many cars and kept parking opposite our garage making it very difficult to get in and out. Management should have told them to limit the number of vehicles on site.
Also the kitchen has very limited products. They provide only a few dishwasher pellets, laundry powder, tea & coffee. . No oil, flour, glad wrap, foil, herbs, spices etc.

Beautiful scenery well maintained grounds, friendly reception.
Only thing we didn't like was no downstairs toilet, both bathrooms are upstairs.
Plenty of room in a well appointed unit. Excellent for our week with 5 adults and a baby.
