For extended stays of 5 nights or more, we offer a complimentary mid-stay housekeeping service to ensure a fresh and tidy villa throughout your visit. Relax and enjoy your stay without worrying about the upkeep.

Covid-19 Safety Measures
Rest assured, we prioritize the safety of our guests and staff. With additional Covid-19 information provided in each villa, we are committed to maintaining high standards to protect everyone. Book now for a safe and luxurious experience at Platinum Villas.

Important information:

Guests under the age of 25 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. The legal guardian must provide a current photo ID or proof of guardianship if requested upon check-in.

Please note that there is a 3% charge when you pay with a Visa, Mastercard credit card or American Express credit card.

All villas are fully self-contained and self-catering and rates do not include daily housekeeping service. This service is available for an additional charge of $35 per service and can be arranged at the time of arrival. Any stays of 5 nights or more will receive a complimentary mid-stay housekeeping service included within the nightly rate.

BBQs are available for hire at the rate of $20 per night and available for a maximum of 3 nights per stay. Subject to availability.

However, scanning the Government QR Code Tracer App in the comfort of your Villa remains a government, requirement. This can be found in the Photo Frame on the desk in your Villa along with additional in house Covid-19 information. At Platinum the safety and well-being of our guests and team members is paramount. 100% of our team are fully vaccinated, and we take pride in maintaining the highest hygiene standards to help protect all guests to the best of our ability.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Princeton provide a comfortable, well located, excellently serviced and affordable place to stay
Pros:

The Villas was spacious and had top quality amenities. The second and third bedrooms were well 'set-up'.The main bedroom was spacious with ample hanging and storage space. We had an Alpine-facing room and this provided us with a wonderful view of the treeline and could see the Gondola activity. Also we were able to watch the Sky Jumpers from the top of the mountain. We could see a little of the Lake also!!
The Villas are located just a short walk to the CBD through a lovely lakeside park. Whilst the walk back is a little challenging, it is good exercise. There is a bus service if not into exercise!!!

Cons:

There was NOTHING we did not like!! The Villa was clean and had all we required-and more!!

This was our second stay. We love it so much.
