Rest assured, we prioritize the safety of our guests and staff. With additional Covid-19 information provided in each villa, we are committed to maintaining high standards to protect everyone. Book now for a safe and luxurious experience at Platinum Villas.

Important information:

Guests under the age of 25 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. The legal guardian must provide a current photo ID or proof of guardianship if requested upon check-in.

Please note that there is a 3% charge when you pay with a Visa, Mastercard credit card or American Express credit card.

All villas are fully self-contained and self-catering and rates do not include daily housekeeping service. This service is available for an additional charge of $35 per service and can be arranged at the time of arrival. Any stays of 5 nights or more will receive a complimentary mid-stay housekeeping service included within the nightly rate.

BBQs are available for hire at the rate of $20 per night and available for a maximum of 3 nights per stay. Subject to availability.

However, scanning the Government QR Code Tracer App in the comfort of your Villa remains a government, requirement. This can be found in the Photo Frame on the desk in your Villa along with additional in house Covid-19 information. At Platinum the safety and well-being of our guests and team members is paramount. 100% of our team are fully vaccinated, and we take pride in maintaining the highest hygiene standards to help protect all guests to the best of our ability.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

A pleasant comfortable stay but not enough kitchen amenities provided for a longer term stay.
Pros:

The villa is very comfortable. The gas fire is fabulous.

Cons:

The garage is quite narrow. Our next door neighbours had too many cars and kept parking opposite our garage making it very difficult to get in and out. Management should have told them to limit the number of vehicles on site.
Also the kitchen has very limited products. They provide only a few dishwasher pellets, laundry powder, tea & coffee. . No oil, flour, glad wrap, foil, herbs, spices etc.

Great location, very comfortable villa and friendly staff!
Pros:

We loved the friendly staff, great views, parking availability as well as location of the property.
The washing machine and dryer came in handy as we were travelling with children :)

Very comfortable family accomodation for a short or longer stay
Pros:

High quality and clean accomodation. Views and fitout are exactly as advertised. Reception team are friendly & helpful. As others have noted, the garages aren't huge but there's easy parking out front of the villas for larger vehicles.

Cons:

The master suite is very spacious; the other two bedrooms very modest. Could use a more generous fitout of mugs, plates, etc; you'll need to run the dishwasher after every meal.

Very comfortable with great views
Pros:

This was a very comfortable stay for our group of 5. The villa was spacious and comfortable, the lawns outside our apartment were very welcome and the view was fantastic. Kitchen was well equipped. Location good for walking into town although uphill on the way back ...

Cons:

This is not a cheap place to stay, so we were disappointed that we had to pay extra per night to use a bbq. It was convenient to have the bbq outside the unit and a reasonable bbq, but still seemed a bit mean. Other than that, all fine.

Great week in a beautiful environment
Pros:

Location, beautiful peaceful environment. Amazing views. Curling up with a hot chocolate in front of the fire at night. Beds were like sleeping on clouds. Very clean and well presented property . Staff were friendly and helpful

Views for days and so comfortable!
Pros:

The best place we’ve stayed in a long time. The Lake View Villa had a stunning view of the lake and the Remarkables. The cleanliness and care of the property was extraordinary. The staff 10 out of 10 helpful.
