Comfortable
Pros:

I had a great stay at this hotel. The location was super convenient — just steps from the subway and with a convenience store right outside. Getting to Myeongdong and Hongdae was easy, around 20–30 minutes by subway.

The room was clean and cozy, and the bathtub after long days of exploring was a plus. Would definitely stay here again!

Pros:

Location was superb, 2 min to Sadang Subway Station. Room was equipped with Bidet in the toilet, unfortunately not working but they gave another room immediately

너무 실망스러웠던 룸 컨디션
Pros:

지하철 역에서 가까운 점

Cons:

성인 보호자가 미성년 데려 갔는데 가족이 아니라 입실 거부 당해 늦은 밤 입실 못 한 점
지하 3층이라 환기가 제대로 안 되어 냄새가 많이 났고, 조식이 부실

Leider stimmt für mich das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis aufgrund der genannten Mängel gar nicht.
Pros:

Die Unterkunft hat eine sehr gute Lage mit Anbindung an die wichtigsten Subway Linien und einem Airport Bus in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Das Personal war zudem sehr freundlich!

Cons:

Leider war das Zimmer etwas runtergekommen und es waren komische Flecken an den Wänden, so dass ich mir gar nicht vorstellen möchte, was in dem Zimmer alles schon veranstaltet wurde. Ich war froh, dass nur zwei nächste zur Überbrückung dort war.

Exceptional stay with a view
Pros:

The room was spacious and clean and the view was amazing! I could see NSeoul tower everyday from my window. The bathroom was also superb, with its view and also the shower was large and enjoyable. The hotel is located a few minutes walk (less than 5mins) from bus stops and train station with no hills or stairs so thats great! Also there are so many restaurants, cafes and convenience stores around so that was very convenient.

Cons:

If you're sightseeing, this area is a bit far out from the central touristy spots so keep that in mind but the Hotel is superb and definitely worth a stay!

La stanza era una suite ma tre piani sottoterra. C'era un cattivo odore probabilmente di muffa e tutto era piuttosto trascurato, diciamo che almeno una mano di bianco e di antimuffa potevano darla.
La colazione era davvero triste, praticamente solo roba coreana, con un tostapane di casa, il latte solo freddo, le tazze um po 'sporchine (ogni mattina chiedevo alla signora che parlava solo Coreano di scaldarlo). Non avevano nemmeno il tè per i primi due giorni, poi mi sono lamentato e solo chiedendolo, mi veniva data una bustina (solo early grey). Tutti un po' triste e trascurato,
