Pros:

The only staff member was helpful and courteous, but looked very overworked.
Leaving this place was great!

Cons:

The one staff member, who was the Receptionist, Room cleaner and general dogs body (slave), was a polite and helpful person. However, the Hotel itself is shabby, unclean and badly managed. I waited two hours from 16:12 to 18:00 to get into my room - reception not available/phone not answered.
Main light in bedroom non-functioning, room floor was filthy. Staff non-existent during my stay.

Decent room but not for lone female.
Pros:

Had a room by the trees so it was cool in the hot weather. I liked the bath and the shower was decent. Clean towels & sheets. Bed decent .Tea/coffee etc. Good location to see family. Decent pub across the road for delicious small plates.

Cons:

Think they forgot to vacuum the carpet. The reception was not always manned. Security was a bit slack - front door ajar with ppl smoking etc. Wouldn't want to stay as a lone female.

Extremely disappointing and not suitable for families — we would not stay here again.
Cons:

Unfortunately, our stay was extremely disappointing. The entire hotel strongly smelled of cannabis, including our room, which was completely unacceptable as we were staying with two young children. We were allocated room 23, which was also not in an acceptable condition, and the overall experience was nothing like what we expected. We raised our concerns with the hotel and requested a refund, as we do not feel we received the standard of accommodation we paid for. I have photographs to support my complaint. We left the hotel and drive home 2.5 hours as it was disgraceful.
