It’s an ok hotel but does accommodates pets.

A couple of things as to why it’s just a so-so hotel:
1. Got into our room, turned the light on and realized the room had not been cleaned. The staff was accommodating in moving our room, but that was a bit unsettling.
2. The breakfast was almost completely empty: coffee, eggs, gravy, pretty much everything. Again, the staff took care of everything but still….we had to wait. And waiting for coffee?!? Yikes!

I would not recommend this hotel, unless you have no other choice.

With one exception, I really liked this hotel. Conveniently located just off the interstate. Parking was free and plenty of it. The lady at check-in was wonderful. Friendly, made suggestions for dinner, we had booked on-line and when we found out the elevator was not working, she offered to change our rooms so my mom would not have to walk upstairs. She was a gem! The room itself was spacious and comfortable. It includes a mini refrigerator. The wifi was fine. The bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows. My only issue was the bathroom. The shower was very unappealing. It seemed like maybe they had redone the entire room and started to work on the shower and then just left it. I don't think it was dirty. More like it had been stripped and then not refinished. Felt like showering in an unfinished basement. Breakfast the next morning included some of the best biscuits and gravy. Check-out was just a friendly as check-in. Other than the shower, we thought this place was great!

The only complaint if you want to call it one was the doors. They were so hard to open. Getting into the room door was not as bad because you pushed it open. But when leaving the room it was like there was someone holding it closed on the other side.
Just too much effort and hard to get things out the door because it wanted to shut.

Breakfast was good and staff nice. Its currently being renovated to a best western and pool heater didnt work. Cery clean and comfortable bed.

Great experience. My wife is handicapped and our room was not handicapped accessible. The staff went out of their way to move us to a handicapped accessible room and were very friendly doing it. The staff were all very polite, friendly, and helpful. The rate was very reasonable. The included breakfast was very good. The only downside was the indoor pool was not available, maybe maintenance, not sure but not faulting for that. Thanks again for making our stay enjoyable.

Friendly people, great room and a very clean hotel. Had a very nice and comfortable sleep with no issues. Hotel is close to a number of restaurants and fast food places. Breakfast had a nice selection of hot and cold items. Breakfast and dining area was well maintained and the employee was tentative to items that needed replenished.

My room was quiet. The main entrance and elevator could use maintenance. Breakfast was not extravagant, but good.

The staff was fantastic. The room was clean. Disappointed that the pool was down and apparently has been for sometime that was the reason we had specifically booked this hotel. The front doors were broken which from the looks of the other reviews its been broken for a bit also. It would be a great hotel if they could get the things fixed that they needed fixed.Wpuld definitely be willing to stay again next time hopefully they have that stuff fixed.

Nice but over priced for that night

Staying with grandkids while their parents had baby. Booked here for the pool so they could swim. After checking in found out pool was closed! Also dryer was broke but could pay front desk $5 today a load of laundry! Very minimal breakfast most fruit was old.

Need some repairs but was ok would stay again

The man at check in was nice and efficient. The price was great. The room was quiet, clean, and comfortable. The pillows on our king size bed were soft and shorter than an average pillow. The shower pressure was great and had shower doors which prevented water from getting on floor. However, you have to be in the shower to turn water on. The door swung like a regular door rather than slide like with a tub/shower. It could be a problem if you need to turn water on for a child. The breakfast was just ok. The sausage was thick and a little burnt. I did not see anyone working the breakfast while we were eating.

The hotel's front doors weren't working they were just left open. The elevator was very slow to open and close. The room was okay, the light fixtures were dirty, the bathtub wouldn't drain during showering. The hotel was quiet and staff were nice and helpful.

The atmosphere was warm and the building was clean. The parking lot was clean, the guests seemed friendly. I would recommend to others.

Nice overnight stay after a long day of driving. I think the best westerns are a good value. First time using them in 20 years... I was pleasantly surprised...

For the price, it was a decent night, Stay. But definitely in need of refurbishing and updating. Cracked tiles, worn out towels, old carpet were some of the things that needed updating. It was clean, but gave the feeling of needing help.
