Chambre vétuste,pas d eaux chaudes pas de serviette propreté pas terrible

Les photos de la chambre ne reflétaient pas la réalité quand nous l’avons signalé au réceptionniste celui-ci nous a demandé si nous désirions changer mais nous avons refusé car déjà installé et notre séjour était d’une seule nuit.

Abbiamo prenotato questo hotel senza pretese per dormire qualche ora, visto che avevamo un volo molto presto al mattino seguente. Ciò non é stato possibile. Abbiamo cambiato sei stanze prima di trovarne una con la doccia funzionante, senza alcuna preoccupazione da parte del personale, dovendo accontentarci di letti separati. Mi sembra il minimo per un hotel avere una doccia. Sembra un hotel abbandonato senza manutenzione dai tempi di expo. Stanze senza telefono, senza aria condizionata o senza telecomando del condizionatore, un'altra con una voragine nel soffitto. Oltretutto c'era un matrimonio rumoroso nel locale sottostante che non ci ha fatto dormire

Temizlik kötü , 1 oda değiştirdik ilk oda temiz değildi 2. oda da tuvalet bozuktu .

Otelde sıcak su yoktu duş alamadık alta hamama indiğimde 1000₺ sadece duş almak için ücret istediler.
Personel ilgili ve elinden geleni yapmaya çalışıyor fakat işletmeci bazı konulara el atmalı.
Sıcak su yada kömürün pelerinli yada başka eksiklerin sorumlusu personel değildir işletmecidir.

This hotel needs a good maintenance. rooms and bathrooms needs repair. around the hotel there is no restaurant and the hotel didnt provide breakfast.

Gute Lage zum Flughafen, außerhalb des Zentrums. Besseres Preis-Leistung zu den Stadthotels. Gerne wieder.

No internet, no clean room and lift is not working

Personalen är inte trevlig. WC:n fungerar inte. Fönstret går inte att stänga.

Seçmiş olduğumuz luxry odaya gecemedik. Rezervasyon yaptığım halde oda dolu dediler. Daha kotu balkonsuz konforsuz odaya gecirdiler.

The worst place i have ever been to. No words to explain how disgusting this experience was just do not book this place! As soon as i saw my room i instantly booked somewhere new.. i was not staying there to save my life.

Un hotel bueno pero mal administrado

Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum. Rezalet bir otel. Personel bildigin kazma. Yani ihi diyebilecegim hic bir sey yok. Kesinlikle uzak durun.

Ben ailem ile bir gece konakladım.Otel fiyat performans olarak gayet iyiydi.Temizlikte gayet iyidi sadece 2 -3 ürün eksikti.Tek sorunumuz 1 çift kişilik 3 tek kişilik yataklara rezervasyon yaptığımız halde 1 tek kişilik yatağımız eksikti söylediğimiz zamanda yatak ayarlayacağız demelerine rağmen çözüm yapılmadı.

Room wasn’t cleaned the whole two weeks that I was there. I had to get my own toilet paper and clean towels. Bathroom was filthy and don’t think the shower saw any bleach or cleaning products. They had weddings almost every night and room was right above the outside party area. Asked to move rooms and they refused, was quite rude when I had asked and tried to pretend they didn’t understand me so I used google translate. Bed was rock hard and a/c made a massive noise when I switched it on as the front cover was broken, tried to fix it myself and discovered that it was also filthy inside and don’t think it has ever been cleaned. Absolutely awful 2 weeks and don’t recommend this hotel.

ich möchte gerne meine Erfahrungen während meines Aufenthalts im Expo Park Hotel mit Ihnen teilen.

Positiv hervorzuheben ist die Lage des Hotels. Es liegt nah an der Stadt und die Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel, insbesondere die Busse, ist sehr gut.

Leider musste ich bei genauerer Betrachtung einige Mängel feststellen. Das Zimmer machte auf den ersten Blick einen guten Eindruck, jedoch zeigte sich bei näherem Hinsehen ein anderes Bild:

Das Bett war voller Flecken.

Das Badezimmer war nicht sauber, das Waschbecken war verschmutzt und die Handtücher ebenfalls fleckig.

Es fehlte Toilettenpapier.

Die Klimaanlage hatte nur zwei Einstellungen: entweder sehr kalt oder komplett aus.

Zudem war das Personal zwar freundlich, jedoch wurde das Zimmer während meines Aufenthalts nicht gereinigt.

Aufgrund dieser Erfahrungen war dies leider mein erster und letzter Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel.
