The air condition in the room was broken. The breakfast was very poor, by 9 am a lot of food was empty and they didn't refill it again.

Pros:

Location is very good. Front of Tunjungan Plaza Shopping Mall. One of the biggest shopping mall at Surabaya. Keep the excellent job Mr. Malik.
