Ottima posizione e stile informale.
Pros:

Punto di forza: la posizione, a un minuto a piedi dalle famose "Case Cubiche" e dal Markthal, il bel mercato coperto dove si può pranzare, cenare, fare merenda a prezzi super ragionevoli. La fermata dei treni Blaak e la metropolitana sono praticamente sotto l'hotel. Come tutti gli hotel della catena CitizenM il design è ultra moderno e curato. Ottima la colazione.

Cons:

Purtroppo in fase di self-check-in ho scelto una camera con una brutta vista: c'erano 2 opzioni di scelta "vista porto" o "vista interna" ed ingenuamente ho scelto la seconda pensando ci fosse una vista panoramica sulla città. Invece dava su una sorta di piazza/cortile. Grossa delusione! Forse sarebbe meglio specificare che la "vista interna" non ha praticamente vista, quindi va bene per chi cerca maggiore tranquillità, ma non per chi aspira a vedere un bel panorama dalla camera. Inoltre come in tutti gli hotel CitizenM la camera è davvero piccola (pare un po' la cabina di una nave) quindi consiglio l'hotel solo per brevi soggiorni.

The windows didnt open, the ventilation worked the whole time.
The configuration of the room restarted after going out resulting in awful conditions after coming back, awful planned domotics.
The washbasin was in the midddle of the room.
Enormous unuseful bed with little space to walk and leave the things.
I had to walk for 5 minutes in the hall to reach my room.

Pros:

Paguei 2 vezes , reclamei, disseram que devolviam o valor mas ate à presente data não devolveram o dinheiro
Irei recorrer a tribunal para ser indemnizada
