Pros:

Pros:

The room was lovely. Comfortable bed, beautiful view. It was well supplied with Nespresso coffee maker, all supplies need to make coffee. They replenished supplies and we very attentive.

Cons:

We ate in the restaurant for breakfast. Food was disappointing. Hash brown was soaked in oil and a steak knife would be needed to cut it. It was inedible. That was a surprise, not in a good way. Service was lovely. We only ate there once.... and warned another patron before leaving.

Pros:

Loved the coffeemaker in the room.
Breakfast at the hotel would have been nice, especially on the rooftop terrace

I just love this place - perfect when you want to see broadway shows.
Pros:

Room comfortable and quiet - restaurant is good and they are nice to you there.

Mitten in New York - immer wieder gerne Gast im Archer
Pros:

Die Lage zwischen 5th und 6th Ave. ist perfekt um die Stadt zu erkunden. Das Frühstück ist zwar hochpreisig, aber qualitativ sehr gut und sehr üppig. Die Rooftopbar - ein Traum mit Blick auf das Empire State Building.

A home away from home with exceptional hospitality

Ericka and Joseph are consistently welcoming, friendly, and professional with everyone, and their kindness has made a lasting impression on me (both personally and during my business trips).
