Super Hotel, wenn auch etwas teuer, aber ich würde sofort wieder buchen.

Die gute zentrale Lage, die schöne neue Lobby, der schnelle Aufzug, das gute W-Lan, der morgentliche gratis Kaffee to-Go und die tolle Aussicht der RoofTopBar!

Cons:

Die Steuerung bzw. die Funktion der Klimaanlage. Kühlung erfolgt bei Temperaturwahl “abwärts” von der “IST”-Temp. excellent mit voller Power! (die Lüfter-Intensität ist extrem und quasi nicht dosierbar), aber sobald man die “Soll”-Temperatur nur 1Grad anhebt (wir liebe trockene Luft, aber ohne Kühlschrank-Temperaturen) stellt die Klima prompt auf Heizung um … und hebt die Luftfeuchtigkeit auf “gefühlt” Regenwald Niveau. War ein wenig mühsam…

Nice hotel and stay
Pros:

The location is phenomenal! The hotel is really nice, the rooms are small but functional. The beds were very comfortable. The staff was amazing. I will definitely stay at another Archer hotel after this experience.

Une vue de proximité EXCEPTIONNELLE sur l'Empire State Building de jour comme de nuit avec ses illuminations.
Une machine qui fait un excellent café et un réfrigérateur de bonne capacité.

Cons:

Le manque d'espace dans la chambre et les lits trop étroits.
La climatisation trop forte et impossible à régler.

Emplacement central, proche transports en commun, tout en étant en retrait de l’agitation de Times Square

Cons:

Taille un peu petite des chambres pour 3 adultes. Pas assez de rangement si vous occupez la chambre à plus de 2 personnes

Exceptional Service and Accessibility
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. My mother uses a walker, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure she was comfortable and accommodated throughout our visit. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and welcoming. We truly appreciated the excellent service and would definitely stay here again on our next trip.

The Best
Pros:

Could not have asked for a better experience. The hotel is everything a modestly upscale Manhattan boutique hotel should be. The service was excellent. The rooms were quaint but nicely appointed with elegant touches, such as the gourmet in-room coffee machines. The staff was wonderful and attentive to every need. The best part was the AKB (downstairs bar) and the rooftop Spyglass bar, both of which served excellent food and cocktails for very reasonable prices, especially the happy hour and daily specials. You will not be disappointed with your stay here.

Perfect!!
Pros:

The front door locks at night and you must use your room key to enter which made us feel very safe! The staff members were super nice and helpful! Great location and very central to everything! Our view of the Empire State Building was amazing as well!!
