Over rated, there are much better hotels in NYC for the same price or even less
Pros:

Staff is super helpful. The team did above and beyond to make us satisfied.

Cons:

Room size was beyond disappointing. I have no idea how 2 people can manage in their rooms.
You can not open a luggage and keep it open.
You can not really order room service as you do not have space to eat.

Excellent choice.
Pros:

Room was typical NYC small but very well organized, comfortable and clean. My daughter and I stayed for a week and was very happy with everything. Staff was incredibly kind and helpful. Location was excellent and we were able to explore all of Manhattan by foot or easy transit access.

Pros:

Very nice people, clean place very close to anything you want to do in NYC at a walking distance.

Cons:

Nothing to say, the room was a little small but not a negative thing, since we did not stay in the room 😜

It was a very pleasant stay overall, and I would definitely come back.
Pros:

The room was very clean and quiet, the bed was very comfortable, there was a Nespresso machine in the room, and the staff were very attentive.

Cons:

The room was a bit small, but everything else was great.

Pros:

The property is new and very clean. The bed was comfortable. However the room was very small. King bed took up pretty much the entire room. Not uncommon in Manhattan, but this is quality over space.

Comfortable and good night's sleep
Pros:

We had a quick one night stay. We arrived early, which they were able to check us right in. We requested a quiet room and it truly was quiet, which is hard to find in NYC (no view, but we didn't mind, we were just there to sleep). Perfectly clean, super comfortable bed & pillows. As others have noted, the room was small, would be tough to have a bunch of larger luggage as there's not much room to move around or put your luggage. The bathroom was a decent size considering the layout. We interacted with a few different staff and they were all friendly & helpful. Would stay again!
