Pros:

Bad AC. Awful mildew smell. Stained sheets. Housekeeping and maintenance are clearly very lax. Location is excellent, but without much competition in the vicinity, it doesn’t seem like they are ever trying.

Disappointing
Cons:

Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. The room had a noticeable stale odor, and there was no fresh air circulation, which made the environment feel uncomfortable and stuffy. In addition, the air conditioning unit produced a constant noise throughout most of the night, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Overall, the lack of air quality and the persistent AC noise significantly affected our experience. I wouldn't recommend at all to people that had fresh air as priority! If our flight wasn't this late at the night and we didn't checked in past midnight I wouldn't stay and I would leave.

Breakfast is Laughable
Pros:

Breakfast for a $275/night stay is laughable. Customer service is almost nonexistent. I’ve recommended this hotel to my bosses who travel throughout Latinamerica and as a puertorican it’s been embarrassing to listen to their experience in this hotel. Advice for the Admin: take your staff to hotels in Latinamerica to teach them how to truly serve customers.

Pros:

Excellent!! Rooms always are clean and the overall hotel is great. Good location in Manati by the highway, restaurants and shopping. Highly recommended!
