Our stay was incredibly wonderful. Thank you Marrioutt executive apartmentd at aljaddaf. We enjoyed every moment awake and a sleep at this property. Staff were super nice ans supportive. The free shuttle bus is a life saver and was in pwrgect condition. The driver is punctual and very nice and supportive. However, around the hotel location, dining options were limited as well as supermarkets and coffee Shops and enterteinment around the hotel area. But delivery applications are available for both food and Groceries

My apartment was dirty with old furniture and lots of insects.
The apartment was in good location but the furnitures were old. Not so clean specially the towels. But the location is so good and close to almost everything we wanted.
Everything was beautiful. We did not use the daily cleaning service and kept the do not disturb sign up. However, we frequently did not get our requests for towels and wash clothes honored until the next day after repeatedly going to the reception desk to follow up.
The property was clean, safe. The staff were polite and helpful as needed

This property was great. I only had a couple of issues. Water staying in the bottom of the shower because it was apparently uneven. Also, the carpet was wet in the hallway from the ceiling leaking and caused a smell.
Apartments are awesome. Very big, clean and well equipped. The hotel itself is a bit in the middle of nowhere. The lobby and the restaurant are a bit old. Breakfast was average. Room service was excellent. Value for money is very high.
The staff was really nice and ensured the room was always clean and neat (whenever we left “clean my room” tag on the door).
My stay here was good but it could’ve been better. I feel like there was certain things that they could have handle the way I wanted to be handled like the towels some of them were torn they were here and fruits hair on the face cloths, like we definitely have to do better, I expect more from the Marriott I could’ve wish they gave me a better discount or free night. Overall, I mean it’s a beautiful hotel, not too far from everything so it was OK for vacation
Overall this 5 star hotel/service apartment is excellent. We stayed here around a week.
Our only complaint is shower in the bathroom. It won’t keep the water inside the tub and literally floods the bathroom which becomes slippery and hazardous. It needs to be addressed by simple design changes to bathtub.
Marriott executive Apartments at Al Jaddaf is my destination whenever I come to Dubai. Great great people!

Our privacy was invaded, reception decided to check another person into our room and it was accessed when we were inside it aswell
