Si tengo que explicar qué me gustó acabo pronto. Era la boda de mi hermana y lo demás era accesorio. Pero por lo demás puedo decir que si estábamos en esta habitación es porque el hotel nos dejó tirados diciendo meses antes que no había sitio y casualmente gastándonos un pastón por Booking si había habitaciones.
De ahí mis puntuaciones.
No me gustó el trato del personal, en especial el de una persona del apartado de Eventos. Mi hermana tuvo que cambiar de asesora porque la que tenía no vale para nada. Esto fue en abril, pero bueno gracias a esta gran profesional pudo resolver muchas de las dudas que le surjen a cualquier persona que realiza un evento así. Lo único bueno es esa persona, es una profesional increíble y una maravillosa persona. Trató a mi hermana, al novio y a todos nosotros con mucho cariño y con mucho respeto. Y nosotros le cojimos mucho cariño porque nos trató muy bien.

La paz que se respira en el entorno , la habitación que era bonita y cómoda y el personal muy atento.
El jacuzzi tarda bastante en coger la T° óptima.
En la cafetería podrían ofrecer alguna cosa más, aparte del café ,para los que no cogen la opción buffet para desayunar.

Instalaciones poco cuidadas con necesidad de renovación urgente. Mal cierre de carpintería exterior. Cama cómoda pero ruidosa. Mala insonorización de habitaciones.
Un sitio espectacular, fantástico, se respira calma, tranquilidad, instalaciones, servicios, atención... excepcional, 100% recomendado.
