Chambres communicantes assez grandes et propres pour une famille de 5 personnes… lits confortables et salles de bains grandes..

La climatisation ne marchait pas durant notre sejour de 5 jours, et il faisait tres chaud dans les chambres, du coup on n’a pas bien dormi à cause des moustiques comme on a ouvert les fenêtres la nuit.. le petit déjeuner n'était pas super, pas de jus frais et seulement le 1er jour pate à tartiner Nutella,les autres jours il n’y en a plus(les enfants étaient déçus ..)
La Piscine était payante ce qui n'était pas indiqué durant la reservation..

la colazione non funzionava la macchina erogatrice dello yugurt di solito trovo le ciotole giganti con mestolo!
briosche chiaramente non di alto livello x un 4 stelle
in camera un caldo ecessivo e non sono riuscito a far funzionare il clima aperto finestra riempito di zanzare in questo periodo!

Camera sfortunata
Pros:

La colazione è buona ed assortita tra dolce e salato e merita anche il caffè sebbene sia fatto con una macchina automatica.

Cons:

In camera c'era un caldo incredibile e la regolazione della temperatura non funzionava, pur avendo regolato a 18 gradi. Il terzo letto in camera era strettissimo, ricavato da una poltrona letto (siamo tre adulti) e senza coperta (ma questo non è stato un problema visto il caldo). Nel wc c'erano alcuni insetti e tirando l'acqua due volte sono andati via; gli insetti erano anche sul pavimento (tipo moscerini). La pattumiera in bagno era vecchia ed arrugginita. Essendo arrivati a mezzanotte e dovendo ripartire la mattina non ho chiesto di cambiare camera e non ho detto niente. Dietro la TV un groviglio di cavi rendeva inutilizzabile le prese per ricaricare i tre cellulari (sul comodino c'era una sola presa).
Non metto voti bassi o pubblico foto perché credo sia stata solo una mia sfortuna per questa camera di una catena di hotel quattro stelle.

Nothing. Really nothing.

Cons:

The room was with smell of cigarette. No soap in the rooms. We got up with bites of some bug. The pool was close for guests and no one told it before we booked. The breakfast is not even close to the photos.
