الموقع ممتاز ويمتاز بالقرب من حديقه السنترال بارك والتايمز سكوير والمطاعم والكافيهات والسوبرماركت وكل الخدمات وامامه مواقف سيارات خاص للايجار باليوم .الغرفه نظيفه ومريحه ولكن الماء ليس مجاني .والمكيف لغرفه 1006 الدور العاشر كانت ضعيفه جدا بالنهار .والسليبر بالطلب .ولكن المصعد بطئ جدا جدا بالذات وقت الذروه .وهناك صيانه على واجهه الفندق .لايوجد فطور مجاني للجميع.
لايوجد سليب جاهز بالغرفه. الماء ليس مجاني .المصعد بطئ جدا جدا . المبنى قديم .ويوجد صيانه خارجيه للفندق .

L’alarme s’est déclenché par accident dans tout l’hôtel, un monsieur a ensuite parlé au micro ( qui se trouve dans la chambre à côté de la sirène ), c’était effrayant . Mon enfant a eu très peur et reste marqué par cet événement jusqu’à maintenant.
LOCATION: was great.
HARRISON: We wanted to recognise the gentleman called Harrison who worked on the ground floor at the hotel. He was a bright spot and should be recognised for happy and helpful approach.
SERVICE: I had contact with a female reception staff when I complained that our room has not been serviced for 2 days - our bins were overflowing and we run out of toilet paper. (Context: We stayed 3 nights and left /Do not clean/ tag after first night only). The staff member’s attitude could be described as Not that bothered, patronising and hostile. What was a simple concern which could have been resolved with “I am sorry. Let’s get this sorted” evolved to a very unpleasant experience. In very unprofessional manner I learned that cleaners don’t enter the rooms if there is nobody in so if we were not in, the room would not get serviced. I said that this information should have been shared during check in, because it is so unusual for guests to list things that need to be done and be present to oversee. I heard phrases like “You clearly don’t understand what I am saying to you” “Who are you talking to now?” and “Have a great day” in the most sarcastic way imaginable.
STANDARD OF ROOM: Photos on Booking.com make the rooms much more attractive and larger. Carpet looked dirty, door to the bathroom was catching the floor.

La posizione dell’hotel è comoda, ma purtroppo l’esperienza complessiva non è stata all’altezza delle aspettative.
La camera è troppo piccola per tre persone e la pulizia lasciava molto a desiderare. Inoltre, avevamo prenotato una stanza con vista sulla città, ma ci è stata assegnata una camera con vista completamente sul palazzo di fronte, cosa che ci ha deluso molto. Il letto, invece, era abbastanza comodo.
La colazione è sufficiente, ma nulla di particolare. Confermiamo inoltre le numerose recensioni che segnalano i lunghi tempi di attesa per gli ascensori: in diverse occasioni abbiamo dovuto aspettare parecchio prima di riuscire a utilizzarli.
Anche il personale non ci è sembrato particolarmente accogliente o disponibile, risultando piuttosto scostante.
Nel complesso, ci aspettavamo qualcosa di più, soprattutto considerando il prezzo e il tipo di camera prenotata.
