Havian 2 funcionarios que falavam espanhol eles sao equatorianos super gentis e solícitos conosco nos auxilou muito com varias dicas
A localizaçao é o melhor pra mim 2 quadras da Time Square
Recomendo e voltarei.

Cons:

Achei o preço um pouco acima da realidade,e a respeito do deposito que temos que deixar ao fazer chekin de 300 Dólares isso é uma regra nos EUA acho que o app de reserva deve esclarecer isso,na hora de fazer a reserva.

Cons:

The ELEVATOR SITUATION in this hotel is not good. NO service elevator, and when one of the only 3 elevators is broken there are real problems. I heard stores from others of waiting 20 minutes in order to defend.

Cons:

Poucos elevadores. Um dos 3 elevadores existentes estava quebrado e os funciona do hotel utilizam esses mesmos elevadores para serviços de limpeza. Por algumas vezes esperamos por longos minutos para acessar

Surprisingly great size room (I did upgrade for slightly more). I’ve stayed in NY so many times in small rooms that were double the price, so I don’t we pleasantly surprised!

La ubicación del hotel muy céntrica. La habitación tenía lo indispensable. Me hubiera gustado que detrás de la puerta tuvieran percheros para aprovechar y dejar ahí chaquetas y demás

AirPods left at the hotel were not returned even after I presented my email, passport, and reservation.

Cons:

I forgot my AirPods and the hotel sent an email saying I was nearby, so I went to pick them up and left without them. I showed the receptionist the email, my passport, and reservation number, but she didn't resolve the issue. I left very upset and stressed; I couldn't wait any longer because of my flight. I was there to pick them up, and she didn't return them. How could this happen? I had all the necessary information and details with me. I'm disappointed and won't be returning. I also suffered a significant loss, not to mention the exorbitant deposit they made on our card, which I'm still waiting for a refund 24 hours after checkout. The wait for the elevator was also absurdly long. Aside from a few receptionists, the other staff members are kind.
