Fair Hotel - shuttle rip off.....
Pros:

Location is good, staff is nice and helpful.....
1 out of 3 elevators did not work. A problem with a room on 34th floor....

Flat fair with a normal cap from the hotel to jfk is 70 us.....

We paid the same for a shuttle that took us all over manhattan before heading for JFK.....

Outstanding customer service from Caitlin
Pros:

The girl at the front named Caitlin was incredibly kind and attentive. We thought we had lost our keys in the garage, and she personally took the time to check and make sure we had them. That level of care really made a difference and did not go unnoticed. She is a great asset to the team.

A estadia foi boa apesar de algumas falhas que poderia ser facilmente corrigidas
Pros:

Os quartos são pequenos, porém contém tudo necessário, limpeza foi razoável e não foi diária e sim alternada.

Cons:

A entrada no quarto foi muito atrasada por (segundo eles) falta de staff para limpar todos os quartos em um época de alta temporada, ficamos mais de 1h após o horário de check in na recepção aguardando o quarto estar pronto! O elevador tb não dá conta de todos os hóspedes e pode ser bem demorado espera-lo.

Pros:

Buen hotel. Desayuno aceptable, todos los días es exactamente igual. La ubicación es muy buena. Las habitaciones son cómodas, pedimos que fueran comunicadas pero no tienen así que nos asignaron una al lado de la otra lo que estuvo muy bien. Piso 5to, que agradecí porque tuvimos que subir y bajar por las escaleras todos los días. Es un hotel de 3 estrellas, sencillo y cómodo.

Cons:

Sólo hay tres ascensores, y no tienen ascensor de servicio por lo tanto ocupan uno para subir y bajar sábanas, toallas, comida, etc... mejor quedar en pisos bajos porque vi personas bajando desde el piso 13 por las escaleras, espantoso!!
No funcionó el aire acondicionado de una de las habitaciones, nos pasaron una estufa, pero un Hilton con estas fallas??...siempre hay cosas para mejorar.

Soggiorno stupendo
Pros:

La struttura è posizionata a due passi da Times Square, le camere sono molto grandi, molto pulite, hanno tutto l’occorrente per trascorrere un soggiorno perfetto. Al check out abbiamo conosciuto Milena una ragazza stupenda che è stata cortesissima ed educata, dandoci tutte le spiegazioni che purtroppo la ragazza del check-in, molto frettolosa e con poca pazienza, non ci aveva dato. Lo consiglio a tutti.

Cons:

L’unica nota negativa è stata la signorina al check-in che non ha dato spiegazioni ed in modo molto freddoloso e stufata ci ha liquidato verso la camera

Friendly & Accommodating Staff
Pros:

Kierra checked us in and was super friendly. She went above and beyond to make our stay a pleasant experience. Our room was very nice and clean. The bed and pillows were perfect. I’d definitely stay at this location again.

Pros:

Great location within walking distance to Central Park, MOMA and Times Square. Free popcorn and mini M&Ms were nice. The lobby was decorated cutely for Valentine's Day

Cons:

The elevators are old and barely work and there are not enough for the size of the property thus causing low ng waits for elevators. The little lobby is extremely small and overcrowded.The fireplace in the lobby is probably broken as it was extremely cold during our stay and it was never turned on. Cleaning of the lobby and other common areas is minimal. There is apparently no service elevator and staff use the regular elevators to move cleaning carts. As a result a cleaning supply cart with towels and linens was parked in the non-existent floor lobby. The bathroom had a weird sliding door that did not allow full privacy while bathing. The shower was nice and recently installed but still had caulk all over the glass possibly indicating shoddy workmanship during the installation process. The seal on the shower door did not work correctly thus causing flooding issues in the bathroom and in the hall outside the bathroom. There is even possibly a small in back side of the shower causing leaking into the floor of the actual hotel room. The ice machine for the floor is in the miniscule lobby and you hear the ice dripping all night long. Overall maintenance of building rooms lacking with scratched paint scratched and dented furniture. Beds are a single l mattress only on a platform and not of high quality.
