Exceptional staff
Pros:

The staff, from cleaners to bellmen to front desk, were exceptionally friendly and professional. Obvious to us that recruiting, hiring, and training at this hotel is in very good hands.

Great!! Everyone was kind, helpful and the room was very clean
Pros:

Majority of the start were nice. The location was great for what I came to town for.

Cons:

When I first checked in, I couldn’t hear the staff talking to me and I said multiple times I couldn’t hear her and she just waived me off with no instructions. Charged my card and that was it. she was very soft spoken and very hard to hear. The worker next to her provided the necessary information about returning and times and how to have my bags held and where to park.

Tolle Lage, vieles zu Fuß erreichbar, Metro 5 .in zu Fuß. Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Ausstattung für Manhathan ok.

Ótima estadia, com uma vista incrível do quarto, perto da Times Square e Central Park!
Pros:

A vista do nosso quarto (2406) era incrível. Quarto grande, bem confortável, com frigobar e microondas, banheiro novo e reformado (sem banheira), ótima cama. Excelente localização, a 900 m da Times Square e 700m do Central Park, com muitos cafés, restaurantes e pizzarias ao redor. Voltaria com certeza!

Cons:

Os recepcionistas serem mais simpáticos (mas ok!), não tivemos problemas, e os elevadores serem mais ágeis (tinham 3, porém muitas vezes somente 2 estavam funcionando para mais de 30 andares.

The staff was amazing and nothing but genuinely nice and well managed.But needs new mattresses
Pros:

The location was great being right between Times Square and Central Park. The rooms were extremely small, it would’ve been nice if there were fewer rooms, and slightly bigger. The mattresses were by far the most uncomfortable mattresses I have ever slept on and I was pretty upset with them to be honest. They felt like box springs with no mattress, and had weird textured sheets that just seemed dirty.

Cons:

The uncomfortable mattresses, and feeling claustrophobic in that room. We stayed in financial district and that room was perfect overall in size. I get that it’s New York but we’re still humans and need more space. I’m also 6’3” so that may impact my decision.

Excel.lent relació qualitat-preu i ubicació. Molt recomanable
Pros:

Ubicació excel.lent, habitació molt neta, amb canvi de tocalloles diari. Cafè, xampú, etc. disponible i de bona qualitat. Microones.

Cons:

En hores punta els ascensors es quedaven justos. Cal preveure-ho. Els llits dobles eren una mica estrets.
