Cons:

부킹닷컴에서 예약한 금액과 다르게 결재되었고 이를 돌려받기를 요청했는데 체크아웃하는 당일 내 계좌에서 무단인출되었음. 일부는 돌려받았고 한번 더 강제결재된 금액은 아직도 돌려받지 못하고 있음. 여러차례 부당함을 이야기하고 이메일로도 연락했음. 부킹닷컴에서 직접 해결해주기를 요청함.

Ok stay - some issues
Pros:

Nice hotel and I slept well.

Cons:

Nice hotel and I slept well but lacks the basics. There isn’t a safe in the room and shower gel was empty when I arrived. The Lifts take ages and are slow, but on my first morning there were maintenance problems, leaving one lift for the entire hotel. I was on the 23rd floor - and had to walk half way down. Also, the toilet didn’t flush properly and temperature handle in the shower was faulty. The hotel needs a little TLC.

Pros:

This hotel is located few minutes walking distance from Times Square.

Cons:

Room was very small for 3 people and even the beds were single, not double or queen.
Be careful on check out day and time: from 3 elevators one was not working that day! So there were only two elevators working and waiting time to get down was 45 minutes. We ended up using the stairs to be on time to the reception desk and do the check out!!! Glad we stayed on 8th floor :-). Stuff not very friendly.

The location is fine.

Cons:

I was made to WAIT an hour before I could check into my room, in a VERY crowded lobby. Their elevator service is the worst I have ever seen, because it is extremely SLOW and crowded.

Cons:

Elevators were abysmal. A 10 minute wait for an elevator which was often too full to board.
Our shower temperature control did not work.
Room was a little cramped.

Très bon hôtel, chambre assez spacieuse et bien équipée, avec des rangements suffisants. Très propre, le ménage était fait chaque jour. Lit super confortable
Très bien accueillie, merci à Destinee pour sa disponibilité, son écoute et son professionnalisme.
Nous y retournerons avec plaisir.

Cons:

Le seul bémol, quelquefois une petite attente pour l ascenseur.

Great location but room property should be kept Ckeaner. Carpets were dirty

Location. Room was large with microwave and refrigerator in good working order, iron and other amenities. Bathroom was large as well

Cons:

I’ve been charged $200 more than what was specifically communicated by Booking.com in my booking. Now I’m planning to go back to hotel to try and get this resolved. I should not have this issue

Pros:

Su proximidad a diversos servicios y ubicaciones. Al tener la habitacion en una planta alta apenas se escuchaba el ruido de la calle y tiene unas vistas decentes

Cons:

Excellent location great for short stays.
Pros:

Although initially the rooms would be a couple of floors apart after they failed to check us in for the second room on time and we had to wait and additional hour and a half for the second room they did accommodate to give us the room next to the first room that was given. Both rooms were small, but the beds were comfortable. Not many amenities in the room but they did have a fridge and small microwave. The location is good as it was midpoint between Times Square and Central Park and in the theater district.

Cons:

Check in for the second room took longer than expected. Elevators were always an issue, and it took time to go from the lobby to the rooms. While some staff was really nice other staff were just too matter of fact.
