Good location, great staff!
Pros:

I liked the location and the staff members.

Cons:

It was quite pricey to stay. In general I wouldn’t advise to travel to New York in July - it was very very very hot.

Zeer goede locatie, maar voor de rest weinig memorabel.
Pros:

De locatie is geweldig, een uitstekende uitvalsbasis om NY te verkennen. De bedden waren goed en de kamer was tamelijk schoon (op het raam na, dat was extreem vuil). Personeel aan onthaal was vriendelijk.

Cons:

Op zich is alles wel OK, maar prijs/kwaliteit is de verhouding wel scheef getrokken. De kamer is klein als je werkelijk met je gezin (en alle bagage) er moet verblijven. Tijdens ons verblijf (toch 4 nachten) kwam niemand om de kamer te onderhouden, bedden te maken, vuilnis weg te doen,...Voor de prijs die je betaalt, had ik dat misschien wel verwacht. Het is een degelijk hotel, maar niets steekt erbovenuit, het is duur als je het vergelijkt met andere hotelervaringen (maar aan de andere kant: NY is natuurlijk ook gemiddeld veel duurder natuurlijk).

Elevators weren't working and my room was on the 26th floor. No other rooms were available and they refused to refund any of my money. Hilton and Booking.com should do better.

Relax after a long day in the city

Cons:

Bathroom sink plunger didn’t work.
Lots of flies in bathroom, some dead in the shower base.
Tv remote operation slow
Intermittent bad smell from bathroom
No room for suitcases, lack of space.
