Pros:

Quirky rooms with lots of added touches, comfy beds and beautiful toiletries. Location is great and breakfast spread was incredible. The staff were outstanding and very helpful

another hotel with massive keys requiring you to visit reception every time you come and go

Disappointed and never again !
Pros:

Location is great. Staff are friendly.

Cons:

TV remote doesn’t work. No controls on TV for manual control. No one was able to fix it. Then when they said they fixed it, it had an Italian channel and wouldn't change channels or turn off. That wasn't the biggest issue though.

Bed was too short ( I'm only 169 cm tall) and definitely wasn't standard size. Width was fine as 2 beds were stuck together.

Fan in bathroom doesn’t work and the excuse was that its automatic. Safety out of the window!

I couldn't sleep in the hotel. Its not been a relaxing stay, the room is too dark, not very clean. Generally I was happy to leave.

You have to ask for coffee and tea facilities and they said its not a standard although the room i booked included it under facilities. They took me for a ride.

Estadia agradável pelo atendimento da equipe e pelo "astral" do hotel.
Pros:

Equipe de atendimento muito educada, solícita e prestativa, sempre tendo facilitado a comunicação. O café da manhã é bom. O hotem tem um astral interessante (decoração).

Cons:

O quarto é um pouco pequeno e não dispõe de armários, o que, para hospedagens mais alongadas, pode trazer algum desconforto. As descargas dos vasos sanitários (usamos dois quartos) tinham vazão deficiente. As mesas e as cadeiras para o café da manhã são baixas (tipo mesa de bar).

המקום קרוב כמעט להכל ברגל.
החדר לא גדול אבל מספיק לזוג.

Brilliant hotel operated by dedicated and welcoming staff close to bus/tram/taxis = and safe!
Pros:

The staff were just amazing - nothing was too much trouble for any of them - I even got a persoanl shopper to help me get some ice cream - Sofia, who was brilliant

Cons:

The light in the bathroom was a little dim for me but this did not detract from a great stay
