The staff is incredibley helpful and above and beyond friendly. Top-notch hotel in a sea of mediocre options.
Pros:

The hotel was modern, and well equipped. The rooms were very comfortable, exceptionally clean, with excellent air-conditioning and a great mini bar. The bathroom was absolutely beautiful and the bed and pillows were comfortable. The breakfast was top-notch with so many baked goods and healthy options, including fresh eggs made to order. Also, the staff was absolutely incredible and left us handwritten notes with tips about where to eat and what to do. Would absolutely stay here again.

Cons:

Everything was perfect about the location, the amenities and the staff.

Cons:

Malheureusement, le rooftop n’était pas encore ouvert et il faisait un temps magnifique, donc un peu de frustration…

Pros:

Location was amazing. Hotel exceeded every expectation, the amenities were fantastic and you are literally in walking distance to all the major sites. Special mention to the guest relations manager, Sofia, who was truly so helpful and made our experience an 11/10 .
