Location was amazing. Hotel exceeded every expectation, the amenities were fantastic and you are literally in walking distance to all the major sites. Special mention to the guest relations manager, Sofia, who was truly so helpful and made our experience an 11/10 .
Le style et la situation
Great hotel at the city center, near to all major attractions. Very polite and resoursful front desk staff, especially a former pastry chef, whose name I forgot. Would definitely recommned to anyone.

Badly in need of renovation. It clearly has been neglected. No trap in the shower drain, scuff marks, toilet flush getting stuck and other little things being neglected
The location was perfect, easy to get around, the breakfast was superb, great choice. Staff are friendly, and accommodating.
Loved this hotel. Central to almost all the major attractions. Breakfast was great with lots of variety and all the staff from front office to cafe were super friendly and welcoming. Will definitely come back again when visiting Rome.
Le petit déjeuner était super, l'emplacement est top. La plus part de ce qu'on voulait faire était à environ 20 minutes de marche. À part la Villa Borghese, qui est un peu plus loin, on est allé par taxi. Mention spéciale pour Sofia Nogueira et toute l'équipe qui sont supers, très accueillants et nous ont fait sentir comme à la maison tout au long de notre séjour.

Le petit déjeuner est top le personnel aussi très disponible et aimable, juste peut être qu’une musique moins forte et moins tonique le matin de bonne heure serait plus appréciable mais cela est un détail. Le personnel de la réception aussi est très aimable et serviable. Chaque demande a été satisfaite. L’hôtel est idéalement situé pour rayonner à pied Rome est toujours un régal et le quartier Trastevere où se trouve l’hôtel est super !
Une musique calme le matin au petit déjeuner serait appréciable dans cette magnifique salle au style loft new yorkais décorée avec goût
me encanto el hotel, super bonito. el personal super atento y muy muy simpatico. y el hotel esta ubicado super bien, super centrico y tambien super comodo para coger el autobus si querias ir a alguna zona un poco mas alejada. sin duda me volveria a alojar
el desayuno poco variado, me falto por ejemplo aguacate, y que hubiese un poquito mas de variedad, tambien que el zuma de naranja fuera natural que creo que no lo era
El personal y el lugar en general
La chambre et salle de bain étaient spacieuses et emplacement super.
Ayant eu une chambre au 1er étage, nous entendions tous les matins le camion poubelle passer à 5h ainsi que les personnes passant dans le couloir. Il y’a un donc un petit problème d’isolation du bruit… Petit bémol aussi pour l’odeur des égouts / toilettes dans l’ascenseur. Enfin, je trouve assez limite qu’aucune bouteille d’eau ne soit remise en chambre une fois par jour gratuitement dans un hôtel 4 étoiles..
