Very bad experience.
Pros:

Nothing.

Cons:

Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The services promised on the booking site were not provided, leaving us frustrated and dissatisfied. The overall experience fell far below our expectations, and we would not recommend staying here.

Food and cleanliness ok

Cons:

staff are not co-operative. i came here for business trip since it's winter season, they don't have heater in rooms. whole night suffered anything. i requested many times but they don't bothered.

Property was good. Staff also very kind.

Cons:

They give me a room where don’t have bathtub and bathrobes. Tv was not working and sofa was also very dirty and uncomfortable. Linen need washing well and towels were also smelling bad. I went in pool there I feel lot of chemicals and me and one of my friend got cut in our feet in pool.
