とても素晴らしかったです
Pros:

景色と施設内にスタッフさんも短期間でしたが文句なしで素晴らしかったです

Cons:

神経質だと思うのですが
コーヒーカップ類が入ってる戸棚の扉部分に静電気の影響か埃が残ってるのが気になりました
これは機能なので難しいと思いますが
お風呂の機能にジャグジーが欲しかったのと
コーヒーの砂糖とポーションがカプセル分欲しかったです

Brilliant!
Pros:

Views, location safety and room are all top notch! Brilliant and lovely stay.

Cons:

The Executive Lounger is super. But food was monotonous ...and the lounge could do with some views as there is a garden space outside.

Not worth for value. Not return to this hotel.
Pros:

The room cleaned well. View was great. Liked the udon on breakfast buffet.

Cons:

These type of hotel receptions must think they are the 5 stars. I found these ppl are not so friendly just cold snobbery reactions which I felt completely opposite from the staffs where I stayed previous. It was only 3 stars hotel which was harmony embrasse in Umeda. I wish I just stayed with 3 star harmony embrasse all the way through.

Like the fact they got udon( but it’s Japanese hotel, of course it should be) tasty but had to experience both chefs’ absence either male or female. Breakfast starts 6:30 but udon wasn’t ready straight away. I had an early flight to catch and stressed from this delay. Meanwhile they closed the buffet 10 bang on o’clock.
