Soggiorno stupendo
Pros:

Struttura stupenda. Comoda per ogni collegamento. Il personale gentile, attento al cliente. Colazione con offerta di ogni tipo, camera spaziosa.

Cons:

Volevo partecipare ad un’attività organizzata dall’hotel ma mi è stato risposto molto educatamente che non era possibile senza spiegazioni.

Beautiful views, good location, spacious room
Pros:

Locations, the views, breakfast, staff and room size. Amenities are well cared, really beauty lobby.

Cons:

The carpet in the room seems old and a bit smelly although everything else in the room is great.

The hotel is very nice with amazing views!

Cons:

The check in. They should have let us do the check in early when we arrived, and then give us the room when its ready. They tell everyone to come back at 3. So it was a 1:30 hour wait. The check in process is terrible. Everything else is great

Cons:

During our stay, the bedsheet became stained with blood. Although housekeeping cleaned the room, the stained bedsheet was not replaced. It would be appreciated if housekeeping could take greater initiative in checking and replacing visibly stained linens to maintain cleanliness and guest comfort.
