Important information:

Parking is available at Plaza del Castillo Public Parking. Guests need to hand in the parking ticket at the reception to receive in exchange a magnetic card to access the parking when needed. The parking fee must be paid in the hotel.

Please note that parking service will not be available during San Fermin Holidays, from 5 to 14 July.

When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply, 30% will be charged in advance.

The hostel has an agreement with the SABA Plaza del Castillo public parking lot.
It is recommended that you access the parking lot prior to your arrival at Hostal Arriazu, as it is located in a pedestrian zone.
You must hand in your parking ticket at the hotel's reception, where you will be given directions to access the parking lot at any time.
The parking fee is NOT included in the reservation price and must be paid at the hotel.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Pros:

The location, just off Plaza del Castillo and a short walk from the Camino, is also close to several supermarkets and many restaurants. The staff was friendly abd helpful. The option of access to the laundry is very helpful!

The central location. The gentleman in reception was very helpful with meal bookings, bike storage and onward accommodation

Cons:

Given the central location you have to expect some street noise especially as there was a local festival whilst we were there.

Easy to find. Very friendly and helpful reception staff. Clean and comfortable room which was also very quiet. Good security for entry to room and main door. In a lively part of the city with many good tapas bars nearby.
