Important information:

Parking is available at Plaza del Castillo Public Parking. Guests need to hand in the parking ticket at the reception to receive in exchange a magnetic card to access the parking when needed. The parking fee must be paid in the hotel.

Please note that parking service will not be available during San Fermin Holidays, from 5 to 14 July.

When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply, 30% will be charged in advance.

The hostel has an agreement with the SABA Plaza del Castillo public parking lot.
It is recommended that you access the parking lot prior to your arrival at Hostal Arriazu, as it is located in a pedestrian zone.
You must hand in your parking ticket at the hotel's reception, where you will be given directions to access the parking lot at any time.
The parking fee is NOT included in the reservation price and must be paid at the hotel.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Great location
Pros:

Great location right in the heart of the old town but good sound proofing so couldn’t hear the street at night. Friendly staff.

Pros:

Clean with much needed air con. The receptionist was very helpful indeed and very friendly. It was quiet and in a brilliant location.

Pros:

La ubicación es genial para una estancia breve donde quieras estar en el centro. La habitación es normal, pero totalmente funcional y correcta, es un hostal como si nombre indica!

Cons:

Lo único que al estar la habitación dando directamente a recepción, se oían los otros huéspedes al volver de fiesta, que estuvieron un rato ahí hablando alto en las butacas, quizás indicar que no debe hacerse ruido ahí a partir de ciertas horas Fuimos para una noche y queríamos estar muy a mano de la plaza del castillo. A ultima hora estuve a punto de anularlo al ver las opiniones negativas, pero para nada lo que decían. Entiendo que si la habitación da a la calle de los bares puede haber ruido los fines de semana, pero la nuestra daba a otra calle más tranquila y ningún problema. La cama estaba bien, la segunda cama no era un plegatin como lei en los comentarios sino un somier normal es cierto que la entrada es muy fea y antigua pero lo de arriba está muy bien. Hay grifo de agua gratis filtrada en la recepción muy practico, y tb cafetera de pago si la necesitas

Pros:

We werden zeer goed ontvangen. De kamer en badkamer zijn heel goed. Onze fietsen mochten aan de receptie staan. Dit is op de eerste verdieping, dus je moet ze wel per trap naar boven brengen.
Zeker een aanrader en in het centrum.

Great little hostal in Central area - old part of yown
Pros:

Great location. Easy card entry to hostal & our room. Room was small but had everything that we needed. Daily room service. Lots of restaurants and bars close by

Mala gestión
Pros:

Es la 2a vez q me alojo en vuestro establecimiento ya q quedé muy contenta la 1a vez. Ahora, reservo 2 habitaciones y me dais una de las no reformadas. No lo veo correcto ya q las 2 deberían haber sido iguales. Pero, lo peor han sido los colchones ya q estaban bastante deteriorados y muy incómodos. Una pena porque tenía buen recuerdo y ahora se ha esfumado.
