Important information:

Parking is available at Plaza del Castillo Public Parking. Guests need to hand in the parking ticket at the reception to receive in exchange a magnetic card to access the parking when needed. The parking fee must be paid in the hotel.

Please note that parking service will not be available during San Fermin Holidays, from 5 to 14 July.

When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply, 30% will be charged in advance.

The hostel has an agreement with the SABA Plaza del Castillo public parking lot.
It is recommended that you access the parking lot prior to your arrival at Hostal Arriazu, as it is located in a pedestrian zone.
You must hand in your parking ticket at the hotel's reception, where you will be given directions to access the parking lot at any time.
The parking fee is NOT included in the reservation price and must be paid at the hotel.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Comfortable, value, centre of old town
Pros:

Location - centre of the old town. Clean, warm (we travelled in winter), comfortable.

Cons:

Nothing - great value for money, friendly staff, it was great accommodation. It’s not high end, but a good midrange.

Pros:

Ubicación, céntrico y fácil moverse desde allí por la ciudad.
El chico de recepción muy simpático y atento.

Cons:

La habitación daba justo a la recepción, por la mañana se oía hablar al recepcionista con los huéspedes bastante.
Habitación algo pequeña para tres camas.

Hotel très bien situé, proche du centre. Personnel super. Avec la location de ma chambre hotel peut avoir une réduction sur le parking , cela est super.

Fotos engañosas
Cons:

Nada q ver la habitación con las fotos. Ni una silla para sentarse, ni una mesa… solo la cama y dos mesillas.
Desde las 9:00 de la mañana estaban el personal de limpieza con la aspiradora y las puertas abiertas haciendo difícil el descanso.
En el baño apenas había dos vasos de cartón y poco más.
La verdad q las fotos engañan mucho. No repetiría.

Excelente Hostal en pleno centro
Pros:

Ubicación perfecta, justo en el centro de Pamplona pero sin estar en una calle muy ruidosa, por lo que por la noche se puede descansar sin problema. Se puede hacer el check in en línea, lo que nos facilitó mucho la entrada y fue rapidísimo disponer de habitación. El alojamiento no tiene parking, pero tienen un convenio con un parking que está a tan solo 2 minutos a pie. El personal fue muy amable en todo momento, y disponen de máquina de café y microondas. Las habitaciones no son muy amplias, pero la relación calidad precio es excelente.
