Pros:

This hotel is absolutely beautiful. The pictures do not do this excellent resort any justice. The tranquil beautiful setting is truly one of a kind. The pool, spa amenities, restaurants and the wine/olive oil are incredible. Truly a destination that deserves all the accolades.

Sehr schöner Ausblick und tolle Poolllandschaft. Sehr freundliches Personal in den Restaurants. Restaurant Aureo sehr zu empfehlen. Super Service in der Trattoria. Teppiche im Zimmer leider schon älter mit Flecken. Indoor-Spa auf 3 Stunden begrenzt und auch nicht liebevoll gestaltet, alles sehr nüchtern. Das Frühstück war eine Katastrophe! Alles Gute musste extra bezahlt werden! Keine Spiegeleier, Avocado, Omelette, paar frischen O-Saft. Preise wie in einem 5-Sterne Hotel.

5e séjour, en réservant pourtant une chambre de luxe, nous nous sommes retrouvés dans une chambre sans vue sur la nature. Au contraire, il fallait fermer les rideaux pour être à l’abri des regards

spa détente extérieur et intérieur sur le domaine.
Bella vista de notre restaurant sur les piscines.
Un grand choix sur la carte des menus et petit déjeuner.
C'est la deuxième fois que nous séjournons au Palazzo toujours aussi émerveillé des lieux 😍

Terribile customer service!
Pros:

We tried to cancel but hotel said we had to do it through you. When we tried that you said you couldn’t find our reservation so we still got charged and couldn’t even change the date! Never using you again!

The place speaks for itself. One of the best resorts we have stayed. A little out of the the way for travel to and from near by cities but if you have car it is easy to get around.

The stay was great. Beautiful resort. Good food. Only issue was AC was not getting colder than 23. We like a cool room. We called a few times but it didnt really change. Also for anyone from US you have to put key card in slot in wall for lights to work. We had no idea.

Prima maar te hoge prijs voor wat het is

Kamers te warm wegens slecht functionerende airco. Sommige mensen super vriendelijk maar vooral rond pool restaurant geen aardige mensen. Voelde je hierdoor niet welkom. Andere restaurants beter. Personeel loungebar overwegend niet gemotiveerd. Overall prima maar zeker niet zo luxe als ze zich voor willen doen. Kamer ook zeer gemiddeld.
