Veelvuldigheid in alles (zwembaden, faciliteiten)

Er werd niet alle dagen water op kamer gezet en bovendien zaten we twee maal zonder wc papier

Colazione eccellente, staff sempre gentilissimo, struttura curata in ogni dettaglio, silenzio, privacy e relax garantiti.
Ci tornerei e lo consiglierei assolutamente.
Per non parlare della posizione: top!

La piscina coperta era un po’ sporca e dava l’idea di una piscina comunale più che di un resort.

We enjoyed the area, the resort and the amenities very much and look forward to returning.
Pros:

The facility is really exceptional. The staff are helpful. Our room (suite) was lovely and spacious. The pools were amazing and really appreciated as temps soared for a number of days in Italy during our visit. The Spa is a first class experience and we have visited many in our travels.

Cons:

The restaurant staff struggled to keep up during busy times and communication could be enhanced. This issue was not major and does not discourage us from making a strong recommendation for this facility.

De omgeving en de luxe kamers

Cons:

Het restaurant Ginko is qua entourage eigenlijk een giller. Is gewoon een afgezette ruimte met planten en gordijnen. Het eten wordt bereid in dezelfde keuken als Aurevo. Eten was trouwens top!👌🏽
