Everything else was great
Pros:

The pools, spa and food. Staff were excellent.

Cons:

Our room did not cool down enough. The AC did not work well.The personal sauna did not work well.

There is nothing to not like, just perfect thank you.

Cons:

We wanted a simple evening meal, the menu is very good but quite high end when we wanted a simple burger and fries. Not a criticism just a note that not everyone likes high end cuisine. More our issue not yours 😌🙏

Teilweise Service nicht den Preis entsprechend
Essensauswahl wenig vielseitig für Vegetarier und Restaurants öffnen erst spät
Ablauf könnte optimiert werden (Zugangstore öffnen nicht mit Zimmerkarte, Aktivitäten und Restaurants buchen etwas umständlich)
Reinigungspersonal 50% der Zeit sehr schwach (keine Handtücher im Zimmer, Zimmertür offen gelassen, angefangene Getränke im Zimmer vergessen)

Abbiamo alloggiato per il nostro anniversario,5-7 luglio 2026, in suite e da dove cominciare? 5 luglio era il nostro anniversario di nozze ed è stata un vero peccato trascorrerlo in questa struttura. Tavolino esterno completamente scrostato e in una condizione a dir poco imbarazzante,senza contare la totale assenza di privacy in giardino,TV rotta, telecomando del termarium scarico ,nessun cavatappi pertanto non potevamo né bere la bottiglia di vino omaggio né aprire qualcosa dal minibar,per fortuna il cameriere, gentile,che ci ha portato il servizio in camera ci ha lasciato il suo. Detto ciò per risolvere il problema voleva spostarci in una Deluxe e non va bene avendo pagato per una suite.
Il 6 ,avevamo il concerto di Zucchero la sera,e alle 18 abbiamo dovuto sollecitare per la terza volta per avere un nuovo telecomando per il termarium e si vantano di avere l'idromassaggio senza nemmeno avere la possibilità di avere dei sali o del sapone,mi son lavata con la saponetta per le mani.
Colazione nemmeno una spremuta fresca solo succhi,mai successo prima d'ora in un hotel a 5 stelle.
E per rimediare cos'hanno fatto?nulla anzi ci siamo anche sentiti dire che avendo prenotato con booking non potevano fare niente.
Il peggior resort in cui abbia mai alloggiato.

A pleasant hotel with good facilities, but the cuisine could be much better.
Pros:

The pools at slightly different temperatures was excellent.

Cons:

The poolside food was not that good for a hotel of this standard and although I didn't eat in the restaurants on this particular visit the food in general (excluding breakfast) has been a bit disappointing.
My daughter tried several times to get through to reception to ask for an ironing board and they were very slow in picking up.

Veelvuldigheid in alles (zwembaden, faciliteiten)
