Waren nicht das erste Mal hier, für 1-2-Übernachtung sind o.k.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr umfangreich, es fehlte an nichts. Kostenloser Parkplatz vor dem Haus, Zimmer sauber und ruhig. Begrüßungswasser auf dem Zimmer. Aus- und Einchecken reibungslos. Pizza-Essen im Restaurant sehr gut.

Cons:

Ausstattung der Zimmer ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, macht schon einen abgenutzten Eindruck.
Badezimmer sehr groß, geräumige Dusche, aber auch hier schon nicht mehr sehr neu. Keine Angenehmer Geruch, wahrschein ältere Leitungen /Abflüsse

Schönes Hotel am Stadtrand
Pros:

Gute Lage an einem kleinen See aber trotzdem direkt angebunden an den ÖPNV über eine Stadtbahn. Sehr gutes italienisches Restaurant. Bequeme und ruhige Zimmer.

Goed hotel om van daaruit te vertrekken naar Düsseldorf Airport.
Heerlijk ontbijt.
Mijn dochter had haar knuffel vergeten, de housekeeping heeft deze netjes bij de receptie neergelegd zodat wij deze een week later konden ophalen.

Cons:

Ontbijt pas vanaf 7 uur, was eigenlijk net te laat omdat we op tijd moesten vertrekken.

kostenloser Parkplatz auf Hotelgelände / sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung / Sauberkeit im Hotel / Frühstück war qualitativ gut und abwechslungsreich / Zimmer und Bad geräumig / sehr schönes und gepflegtes Außengelände / Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis okay

das gesamte Mobilar im Hotel versprüht den Charme der 70-iger Jahre und bedarf dringend einer Modernisierung, da es

Inflexible staff during check-in. Amazing breakfast.

The breakfast was amazing as the last visit.

Cons:

The staff on Friday evening during the check-in was inflexible. I asked in advance for the sauna opening times via email. After the reply from the hotel (03:00pm till 08:00pm) I asked to keep the sauna open till 09:30pm, as I knew that I will arrive around 08:00pm. The answer was…they can’t change to timer (5 hours).
