EMON at reception was very belpful in securing a same-day appointment for dental emergency! Gracious staff, great location & laundry for travelers. Outdoor rooftop terrace, nearby grocery and bakery a bonus!

The property was excellent with a supermarket and a bus stop in front of the building.

I liked having a kitchenette.

I would suggest better quality pots and pans (stainless steel) and more cutlery.

This was a great hotel that had a little kitchenette and made it very easy to self cater. Only a very short walk to the old town in Avignon.

In addition to good accommodations, the location was just outside the walled old town. The town center was about a 2.5 one way walk. It was a plus being able to close the bedroom doors to separate the bedroom from the living room and kitchen. There is a grocery store just outside the hotel fence.

About the old town: The economy in the city seemed to be a bit depressed with a number of storefronts closed permanently. While we took a break at the public park across the street from the police station, we observed several drug deals taking place. We made a personal decision not to be out after dusk.

And an FYI, there is a free mini bus that will pick you up near the Thiers entrance outside the wall and take you as far as Place Pie in city center.

Excellent location for exploring Avignon, supermarket next door for all supplies needed. Helpful reception staff. Very tight entrance to underground carpark for larger cars.

The room was very dirty, our feet were covered in dirt when walking along the floor. The bedding was stained and had dirt marks on it. The room is also very tired.

Good location aprox 10 min from most important attractions.
Place clean and staff friendly

Great value for the price. It’s not fancy but it’s clean and very functional. I appreciate that they have breakfast on site as well as laundry facilities. Very close to the university, and about a 20 minute walk from the tourist office and the center of the old city.

Our stay was perfectly fine, quite comfortable and good value.

Clean and comfortable and in a very good location

Great price for basically an apartment, as there’s kitchen and bathroom. Close to everything.
But AC is really really bad. Why have AC if it can’t go lower than 23 degrees? It got hot fast and had to leave window open, inviting lots of bugs in, and I got bit all over at night, which ruined my night.

Great set up for three travellers!

Good experience, knowledgeable staff. As the property is a bit away from the city Center on a Sunday there were not many options available for dining.

Excellent studio with balcony with great view over the university and towards the place. Very friendly and helpful and very highly recommended as well as being very good value.

Wonderful friendly welcome from the young man at the reception

Amazing location and very comfortable, charming and well equipped. We booked last minute and were so happy to find it. Literally there isn't a better location. If younhave a car, 2 parking lots within a couple blocks either way. Be aware that it is on the 3rd floor with no elevator (typical for the older buildings downtown). Will stay again next time we visit Annecy.
