Everything was great for a long weekend in istanbul, spa and gym were beyond expectations.
the location is ideal, it provides a completely different picture of istanbul. having the ocean in front of the door was stunning beautiful. The room was beautiful decorated
little things could have changed a lot. 2 days our room was not cleaned, even we left the room sometimes for 8h. By this fresh water was not provided. when we mentioned this at the reception cleaning staff came, but it's not what u expect from such a nice hotel. The breakfast room in the cellar was a classical 18°C room where u should wear long stuff on 36° summer days. when me as a men, used to cold winters, freezes at breakfast, it feels a bit weird. The technical panels to connect HDMI was a great idea, sadly it was broken and couldn't be used
Hotel is really good but stuff is not that much there was one girl at the reception who was really rude and didn’t want to help us at all,I was speak in English with them, but I understand Turkish and it was so interesting to listen how they discuss about us each other

النظافه والغرف واسعه مقابله للشاطئ. والموظفون ودودين ومخدومين
لايوجذ مطاعم وبقالات وكافيهات بالقرب بعيده نوعا ما. نضطر لطلب اوبر.
الاكل في الفندق غير لذيذ.

The hotel's location is excellent. The room has a beautiful view overlooking the Bosphorus. The staff greeted us warmly with smiles and were helpful at all times. The rooms were clean and the service was excellent.
I couldn't find a ashtrays in the room, even though I had requested a smoking-friendly room.

المكان جميل والإطلالة رائعة
التكييف سيء للغاية والغرف جداً حارة ولا نستطيع فتح النوافذ لوجود ازعاج من السيارات والبواخر والمشاة..
حجزنا ليلتين ولم نستطع النوم من الحر مع تغيير الغرف
احب هذا المكان وسبق سكنته 6 مرات
كانت معي والدتي وهي مقعده وتسخدم كرسي احتياجات خاصة وحجزت غرفتين وكتبت هذا فالحجز احتاج غرفتين بنفس الدور
لكن لم يتم التعامل معي بطريقة مهذبة وبدون اي مساعدة
في هذه المرة
غرفة فالدور الارضى والاخرى الدور الثالث وكانت حارة جدا التكييف لايعمل وتم تغيير الغرفة مرتين مما تسبب في تعب في التنقل بين الغرفة فاليوم الى ثلاث مرات لا تليق بشخص مسافر للراحة والاستجمام
