كنت احب النزول في هذا الفندق وكانت المعامله ممتازه واخر زياره كانت معامله سيءه جدا

موظفين الاستقبال من قبل سته سنوات ممتازين وددين لطيفين ويساعدو اما السنتين الاخيره جدا غير متعاونين واخر زياره كانو مستفزين عند التشيك اوت ادعت اننا طلبنا وجبه اكل فقلت لا وبعد جدال اعتزرت وقالت اسفه هناك خطاء وادعي اننا استخدمنا قناع ومرتب شفاه ونحن لم نستخدم شيء وعند التحقق وسؤال المسؤله عن القناع والمرطب قالت اننا لم نستخدمه وعلى فكره حكايه القناع والمرطب أيضا عملوها مع قريب لي وكأنهم حاطينو للدفع واخذ مبلغ بدون حق المهم كمان قالت اعتزر بس اخدتو ماء من المني بار فضحكت وقلت لها كيف ناخد ماء وانتم موفرين ماء في الاستقبال وفي الغرف صراحه من سنوات احب الفندق ونظافته والاطلاله وبعد هذه المعامله فلن أكرر الاقامه فيه في الماضي كان كل شيء تمام اما الزياره الاخيره سيءه جدا من الاستقبال يعاملوك كنك سارق وفي الاخر يعتزرو فهل من المعقول ادفع مبلغ الاقامه مبلغ وقدره واخد ماء ولا أحاسب انتم ايها المسؤلين عن الاداره تتعاملون مع طبقات راقيه من رجال الأعمال وليس مع سارقين

Amazing view of Bosphorous, Good food at Restaurant, breakfast was nothing special, staff were attentiv but communication was a challenge since they didn't speak good English, good room service, overall I recommend it

l'hotel e' in ottima posizione sul bosforo, purtroppo con camera affacciata direttamente sulla strada e abbastanza runorosa.
Il personale molto cordiale.

Cons:

la colazione non disponibile, in pratica informano che e' disponibile alla cart ma poi arrivati in sala colazione non era disponibile nulle, tutto doveva essere preparato con una perdita di tempo non congruente con un viaggio di lavoro.
la camera molto piccola, non paragonabile con il prezzo pagato.

Третий раз останавливаемся в этом отеле!
Чисто, большая удобная кровать, ванна.
Последние разы берем самый дешевый вариант - номера поменьше, но выходят во двор и значительно тише.
А на Босфор можно посмотреть на прогулке.
Рядом очень популярные и вкусные рыбные рестораны.
