방에 등이 없어서 전반적으로 어둡고, 첫날시트는 안바꿨는지, 노란색 이물이 묻어있었음..에어컨은 너무 얼굴 직방이라 불편했음

A beautiful hotel located in a quiet place, not near the center, but just a 5-minute drive to the T21 shopping mall. What a nice hotel at a reasonable price in Pattaya!
Schönes Hotel
The hotel is good, and we spent three nights here with friends. It is in a peaceful and quiet area. Away from the bustle, but still within 100 meters of a tuk tuk. It features a lovely pool. We reserved superior rooms with twin beds, which are roomy enough for two people and come with a balcony. The beds are comfortable enough for us to sleep well after a long day. However, we disliked the shower. It's a hand-held one with very slow pressure. Also, the towels need to be changed. They've seen a lot of use. The toothbrush set has to be improved. There is no comb included. It was a decent breakfast. All in all, I would strongly suggest staying.

Das ich für 2 kleine Gästehandtücher 12€ zahlen musste, da die Sauce beim waschen nicht rausgegangen ist.
Wunderschönes Zimmer, sehr geräumig, modern und sauber. Der Pool ist auch richtig toll und gepflegt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und teilweise sogar deutschsprachig. Das Frühstücksbuffet war auch sehr lecker.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was excellently appointed just as described on website. Beautiful pool and gardens. Booked to stay for 3 nights and on the first afternoon we were so impressed we booked another 2 nights. Will be our regular hotel in Pattaya and look forward to returning again in September.
I had better value stays elsewhere in Pattaya than this hotel.
Some things were bad. There was no hot water for the 4 days I was there, and when I reported it I was given the impression it would not be fixed any time soon. It was room temperature at best.
The room safe was old, with both a handle to turn and a pin code required. It didn't work properly. It got fixed when i reported it but then broke again.
The sliding door to the balcony wouldn't lock. I was on the 5th floor so it was little concern, but if I had been on the 1st it would have been.
The hotel is approx 300 metres off the baht bus route. If you're not fit and need the bus, stay elsewhere.
I dined (lunch) at the restaurant next door where breakfasts are served but it wasn't a very good meal.
However, despite all this, I quite liked the place. The suite was big enough and clean. I slept OK. Pleasant views of greenery from the balcony and the sea in the distance. I walked to the Sanctuary of Truth. Gym was adequate. Pool and sunbathing area were nice. Staff did their best.

We loved our stay. The pool is beautiful, the rooms are good, be is a little hard for those who like soft mattress. Breakfast is very asian style with plenty of salty dish, but there is no cheese or bacon as continental breakfast.
