Pros:

Loved the location and room size, was really nice place to stay. The staff were fantastic

Ok for an overnight stay on your way in or out of Bali but not even a 3 star property
Pros:

The bed was very comfortable and clean

Cons:

It needed a lot of maintenance. The air conditioner and fridge did not work properly. The ladder into the pool was broken so couldn’t get out by ladder had to swim to other end and heave myself up into the wading pool.

Lovely good value hotel
Pros:

The staff and room were lovely, breakfast was good . Roof top view was good, location was also great. Pool was clean and refreshing.

Cons:

Although breakfast was very good I think a few western options like cereal and yogurt would be nice

The breakfast wasnt very nice at all very basic Chinese based with no cereal, fruits or juices for the kids,
Had flys in a few of the dishes.
Room was dirty what looked like human spit on the wall,
The fridges in the rooms are not cold at all as if there not plugged in,
The tv has a volume limit were its hard to hear and cant be turned up, no ketel in the room and no bottled water surplied,
All the rooms are identical only difference is some are 2 single beds and some are a queensize,
The pool wasnt clean and no padding on the pool chairs very slippery surface around the erea of the pool also the pool bar is not used at all.

Very uncomfortable and unsatisfactory for what you would expect from such a large hotel also the pics are ai and its a tottal let down

Would not recommend. Worn and not value for money
Pros:

Cons:

Photos are very old and outdated. Rooms very worn out - needs a good renovation.
Rooms weren’t ready until 3pm.
Room smelt of mould - changed rooms and also smelt damp.

Cons:

Отсутствие балкона и шкафа. Всего одно полотенце большое на человека. При просьбе дать еще, предложили за отдельную плату. Персонал - ну так, по индонезийским меркам на 6 из 10 приветлив (не искреннен, как кажется от всех)
