Pros:

Местоположение, очень и очень приветливый персонал

Cons:

1) трамваи под окном очень шумят и не дают спать
2) плохая шумоизоляция номеров - слышно все, что происходит за стенкой
3) номера старенькие (но к чистоте претензий нет)

Hotel splnil naše očakávania. Poloha úplne na parádu, takmer v centre, priamo popri ňom viedla električková trať T1, ktorá vás zavedie na všetky ikonické miesta Istanbulu. Trocha sme sa obávali hluku, ale žiaden problém! Raňajky dostačujúce, široký výber nápojov a jedla.
Izba útulná, čistá, personál milý, nápomocný.
Moja špeciálna vďaka patrí manažérovi hotela, nakoľko mi veľmi ochotne pomohol vyriešiť jednu nemilú situáciu.

Pleasant experience, nice staff, a bit too small, but overall good value for money.
Pros:

The staff were always smiling and treating guests respectfully at all times. Of course they were also eager to be tipped, which is somewhat the norm in Turkey.

Cons:

Our room was a bit small and we stayed on the first floor, which ia very close to the tram rails. The windows weren’t so sound-proof.

Останавливались в отеле Black Tulip и остались очень довольны. Отель приятно удивил своим уютом, стильным интерьером и высоким уровнем сервиса. Номер был чистым, комфортным и хорошо оборудованным, а персонал всегда был вежливым, отзывчивым и готовым помочь.

Особенно понравилась атмосфера спокойствия и гостеприимства, благодаря которой отдых получился действительно приятным. Удобное расположение отеля позволило легко добираться до основных достопримечательностей и интересных мест.

Спасибо всей команде Black Tulip за отличный прием и заботу о гостях. С удовольствием остановимся здесь снова и будем рекомендовать этот отель друзьям и знакомым!

Ottima posizione sia per muoversi a piedi che coi mezzi, camera confortevole anche se un po’ rumorosa e con il bagno mol
