Hotel muito bem localizado, com atendimento acolhedor!
Pros:

O atendimento dos funcionários, principalmente o de Irina, da recepção. Ela fez com que não pensássemos duas vezes antes de confirmar nossa reserva naquele hotel. Sua amabilidade, presteza nas informações e cuidado conosco foi impressionante. Saímos do hotel com sorriso no rosto devido a atenção que recebemos dela.

Do tamanho do banheiro! Muito pequeno!

Super Hotel in zentraler Lage mit super Service
Pros:

Sehr zentrale Lage, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß zu erreichen und die Tram direkt vor der Tür. Zur Fähre auch nur Max. 10 Gehminuten. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich. Perfekter Service von Personal. Um jede noch so triviale Anfrage wird sich umgehend gekümmert.

Nejlepší ubytování v Istanbulu
Pros:

Do ubytování už jsme se vraceli podruhé. Jsme nadmíru spokojení. Perfektní poloha, vše je blízko. Personál na recepci velmi nápomocný - se vším poradí a pomůže. Snídaně vynikající. Na pokoji klimatizace, konvice na vodu i lednice. Měli jsme i balkón s výhledem na ulici. V okolí plno restaurací, obchodů.

Excelente ubicación y el personal de un 10
Pros:

Me ha encantado como nos ha tratado el personal, muy atento y pendientes de nosotras. El hotel está cerca de todos los puntos turísticos, se puede llegar a pie a todo el centro histórico. Una ubicación excelente. El desayuno abundante y variado, muy rico. El hotel muy limpio y bonito. Las habitaciones con balcón y con lo necesario para una estancia perfecta. Fuimos 4 amigas y nos alojamos en habitación comunicada (2 habitación que se comunican y las dos con balcón). Todo excelente. Si vuelvo a Estambul, volveré a alojarme en Black Tulip ya que nos sentimos como en casa.

Pros:

The whole staff was amazing, extemely kind, hospital and helpful !!! Irina was always with a wide smile on her face,always willing to help us with whatever we needed!!! She proposed to us a wonderful restaurant and wonderful cruises to Prigipos Islands and the Vosporus!!! In general,she always gave us all the necessary information in all levels !!! The same goes for the men staff !!!Although breakast was not included,Irina was kind enough to provide it to us for free!!! Coffee and tea would be kindly offered at any time of the day!! The room was beautiful and cleaned daily !!!The hotel is in a very central spot, a very touristical neighborhood, full of shops and traditional restaurants , extremely close to the famous sights of Top Kali, Agia Irini, Agia Sofia, Archaeological Museum, Blue Mosque. Gulhane tram station is just two minutes on foot. I would definitely recommend it to everyone!!! It is not only the hotel which is surely value for money, I would say that it is the staff that actually makes it so exceptional!!!

Cons:

Pirmą kartą per savo gyvenimą rašau neigiama įvertinimą. Buvome 16 žmonių jau nebe pirmą kartą Stambule. Nors viešbučio atsiliepimai per booking geri, tačiau tai melas. Tai bene baisiausias viešbutis mūsų gyvenime. Nors vieta beveik miesto centre, tačiau gyvenimui nepritaikyta: liftas tik 1 žmogui, viešbutis visai prie pat gatvės kur beveik kiaurą parą važinėja tramvajus. Jie pravažiuoja kas kelios minutės, o tuo metu net vibruoja kambario baldai. Tiems, kas gavo kambarį į gatvės pusę, buvo 3 bemiegės naktys. Nepaisant to sienos popierinės, viskas girdisi kiaurai. Draugai miegojo aukštu žemiau, tačiau nuėjus į vonią girdėjai viską kuo puikiausiai ką jie šneka.
Vonios tragiškos, smirda kanalizacija, vonios ir kriauklės kranai sukinėjasi taip sunkiai, kad baisu nulaužti. Vandens srovės nėra, vanduo tai šiltas, tai šaltas. Rankšluosčiai pageltę. Beveik nėra wc reikmenų (dušo žele itin prastos kokybės, kriauklės muiliuko nėra, ausų krapštuku ir kitų reikmenų nėra)
TV nerodo nei vieno normalaus kanalo išskyrus kelis turkiškus (iš kokių 70 kanalų veikės tik max 10).
Pusryčiai tragiški, kažkokia skysta kiaušinienė, batonas, keli padažiukai. Kava skiesta vandeniu, nėra normalių desertų (nors šalia viešbučio pilna desertų parduotuvių).
Kambarys dviems, tačiau įėjimo korteles daugelis gavo po vieną-liepė dalintis :)

Galėčiau tęsti, bet .....

Nuoširdžiai rekomenduoju rinktis kitą viešbutį, nebent kaina būtų 20 eur parai :)

La ubicación es inmejorable si quieres visitar a pie todos los puntos turísticos principales de Estambul. El desayuno bastante completo y bueno. El personal muy amable.
