Excellent Staycation
Pros:

From the moment we arrived - everything was just perfect. We were delighted to know that we had been upgraded to a gorgeous three bedroom Deluxe Apartment with amazing Tower Bridge views. After a long day out with our children, we always looked forward to returning to our wonderful & comfortable apartment. Housekeeping Team were so kind and always offered us extra water for the children. A special thank you to Diogo and all the Front Desk staff - without exception they are friendly & super helpful. They make you feel as comfortable as you would be at home.

Perfect
Pros:

Perfect location and excellent hotel.

Cons:

We were in a room facing the river on the 1st floor directly above the restaurant below. We could hear some of the noise from the restaurant. Luckily the restaurant closed by 10:00pm and the noise was not super loud. Manageable.

Pros:

Great view of the Tower Bridge. Clean rooms. Modern, polished building.

Cons:

London luxury hotels are all overpriced, and this was less overpriced than most hotels, but still very expensive. The towel rack didn't work for one of the rooms. Room service seemed overpriced and it was a tie up with some local delivery service - seemed unnecessary when apps like Deliveroo exist.

Superb location. Apartment was exceptional. All the appointments within the apartment were excellent. We will come back.
Pros:

The location was superb.
Views of London Bridge and the Thames from the apartment. Restaurants within a few minutes walk. Can rank at the front door. It really doesn’t get any better than that.
