Die Lage des Hotels ist außergewöhnlich gut. Die Zimmer sind komfortabel eingerichtet. Leider funktionierte im Zimmer 4P die Klimaanlage nicht, so dass es nachts zu warm war. Im Zimmer 3M kühlte die Klimaanlage, obwohl auf Heizen gestellt wurde.
Die Preise pro Übernachtung sind hoch, aber angemessen für den Komfort und die hervorragende Lage.
Uns hat überhaupt nicht gefallen, dass am Ende für beide Zimmer eine extra Gebühr für die Reinigung einbehalten wurde. Das war vor der Buchung nicht erkennbar. Die Zimmer haben wir nicht so verlassen, dass eine besondere Reinigung notwendig gewesen wäre. Folglich empfinden wir eine extra Gebühr als ungerechtfertigt. Wir finden es unangemessen, wenn am Ende Gebühren verlangt werden, von denen bei der Buchung nichts bekannt ist.
It was one of most comfortable hotel , since we were a group of 6 people , our apartment have 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms. The location is fantastic very close to Tower of London, our apartment’s view was amazing. It was spacious with necessary utensils. Modern furniture and elegant decor. The only thing that bothered us is that sometimes smelled bad, especially when we entered the apartment it smelled like drainage!!! Other than that all good.احيانا يكون فيه روائح مزعجة

Wonderful apartment, great location, in the centre of things but really quiet.
Lorraine was super kind to my 5 year old son. The room has a washer dryer and a full sized fridge/freezer.
I love looking at the Tower of London at 4 am when no one is stirring.
9H has a broken window. The other window will stay pushed open but the bedroom window is missing the locking mechanism.
This was without a doubt one of the best places I have ever stayed. The accommodation was amazing - so clean, spacious, comfortable and a fabulous location; close to the Tower of London and Tower Bridge. What really made this stay exceed all expectations was the staff. The staff went over and above for all of us (family of 4) and ensured we had a fabulous time in London for the marathon. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and thoughtful, especially Stepanka and Lorraine, making our stay even more special. I would highly recommend this accommodation and will definitely be staying here again in the future!

I booked this apartment for my husband and I but could not go to UK because of the War in Iran. My guests could and they stayed a couple of nights. They were delighted with the restaurants nearby, a grocery shop ten minutes walk, great views, and lovely surroundings. They loved the size and cleanliness of the apartment. Their five year old daughter called it "her house!"Staff went out of their way to welcome them and help them with information about all sorts of things. They couldn't praise them enough. They said they would rate it 11/10. They would go back there if they were in London again. They did show me on vide how it looked and the views. I was so impressed.

The Apartment I was given was a lot smaller than the photos.
The heat in the hallways was way to hot and that kept the rooms hot at night so we had to leave the balcony door open at night and then woke up cold..
I find the discretionary gratuity of 4% very odd as there are no restaurants or any other services other than the apartments and feel the staff should be paid by the establishment and not passed onto the customer.
The price should be the price whatever it is and the customer has the choice to book or not...
Being asked on checkout would you like to pay just puts pressure on the customer for another fee..
But in saying that the staff were excellent and deserve to be paid well for the high quality work they do..
