We had a lovely stay and would not hesitate to do so again or recommend!

Room was very clean. We had a Suite...was beatuful. The breakfast provided in the morning was a nice surprise and delicious and fresh!

Une chambre agréable avec un meilleur équipement souhaité.

Cons:

Que les équipements ne sont pas adaptés à la capacité de la chambre : 2 tabourets alors que la chambre est pour 4, peu de rangement pour les vêtements (3 petits tiroirs), pas assez de barre de penderie dans la salle de bain pour pendre 4 serviettes de toilette par exemple.

Pros:

Convenient locatoon

Cons:

The toilet in our room DID NOT FLUSH. Simple tissues would not go down. I had to take a shit the public washroom on the mezzine level.

Cardi B night out.
Pros:

Spacious room, comfy beds, nice hotel, close to TD Coliseum.

Cons:

The couch is ripped, the office chair is ripped. The whole key card scanning to get anywhere.

Good breakfast, indoors pool, but lack of ventilation in the rooms ruined whole experience (damp).
Pros:

Nice and clean room, beds and kitchen. Indoors pool (not the best of, but fairly ok). Breakfast was really good.

Cons:

Rooms ventilation does not exist at all (at least in our room). It took only 1 person to take shower (not hot, with all the doors closed, no longer than 10 min) and whole room was soaking damp, all the windows got water beading and dripping. The washroom/bathroom got small vent with no forced ventilation (no fan), windows are solid and non-openable. The atmosphere in the room became unbearable and dampness woke up all the smells embedded in the room walls and furniture. Not the most pleasant if not say more.... Kitchen exhaust just recirculates air from kitchen back to kitchen.

Pros:

The staff were very polite, the pool was nice, and we even had a jet tub in our room. When we needed more towels and Kleenex they were there right away.
