Don't think I'll stay at that hotel again for the price
Pros:

The location was very nice , the common areas were very lovely , breakfast staff were very nice aswell

Cons:

The room , the sheets were dirty and the lady I dealt with was extremely rude and disrespectful and had a horrible experience with

Very spacious and convenient for longer stays!
Pros:

The room was nice and big! We stayed for a concert at TD Coliseum, and the location is great even when walking back at night, especially since some of the other areas can get a bit shady. This was in a good spot, and had a spacious kitchen and sleeping area.

Cons:

When I messaged them through booking.com for some accommodations, some of the staff were very rude. But when we spoke to them in-person, all the staff were very lovely and accommodating. Thanks especially to Heather from the night shift for helping us!

Excellent stay!
Pros:

This hotel is located within walking distance of the TD Coliseum. The room is well appointed and includes a roomy shower, mid-sized kitchen with a full fridge, dishwasher, pots, dishes, etc. We loved the incredibly comfortable bed.

Cons:

The sofa bed was not comfortable and needs a new mattress. We could feel the springs. Other than that, we were very happy with our room.

Beautiful stay with me and my family as we went to see the Toronto Rock Game.
Pros:

It was so close to the TD Coliseum. 2 bathrooms.

Cons:

3rd bedroom would of been perfect.

A good place for a weekend stay.
Pros:

This is my go to hotel when visiting Hamilton. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable and the location is central. Breakfast is varied and quite good. On this stay, there were a lot of young hockey players (11-13) in for a tournament. They were pretty "active" but the hotel did a good job of controlling it.

Pros:

Very nice property, very clean, the breakfast was wonderful. The gym is also large and very nice.

Cons:

The elevator needs to be more accessible. Just 2 for such a massive hotel can be a pain when making appointments. The swimming pool needs to be well taken care of, the smell was too strong
