Lovely reception. Everyone we spoke to was very kind.
They put a strong perfume/scent in all the rooms which isn’t very nice and gave me a headache. Also, the room was freezing cold. We tried to turn the temperature up/ switch to a different mode but it made no difference.
Everything was very smoothly ran.
We had 1 adult and 2 kids at check in. I would have appreciated having 3 of then amenities. There were only 2 towels and 2 waters in the room at check in.

love the location, plus it's so easy to check in and out. so much easier than a traditional hotel. i love the style of the rooms, and the building is beautiful. the staff is wonderful if you need help with anything.
the only thing that isn't great is the water pressure, but it's an historic building so that's kind of expected
